I purchased 5 for a Christmas gift. They are a hit!!. I had an issue with one making a funny noise. I shared my concern and Emily from customer service got in touch. Within that week I had an email back saying they were sending a replacement. Within days of that I had a new one! Exceptional customer service and absolutely no trouble fixing my problem. I will be letting everyone that I know who is shopping for purifiers that yours is an excellent choice.

On the downside, I thought these were actually portable as I have portable air purifiers which are rechargeable via USB and can be used anywhere as they don't need to be plugged in. I was drawn to this air purifier due to the tiny size which is good and it is amazingly quiet which is great and no filter which is a bonus as well, even though I am not happy with having to use it plugged in all the time as this limits where I can use it, I actually gave one away to my daughter and she loves it.

I did request permission to return these goods for a refund. I did not get
a reply. They don't appear to make a difference, in my opinion.

Great service. Product came well packed and in good time. Would recommend this company and their product.

ordered three...one stopped working, so I got in touch with customer support. They replied quickly, so I should have my replacement shortly. All handled quickly, nicely. The other two are working great and making a huge difference! So glad I found them!

I love it, want to order some more for other rooms and in the car

these are cute, alot smaller than expected and need to be plugged in all the time so without a power source all the time the are not completely portable you would need to carry a portable battery also which defeats the purpose so a bit disappointed,

Great little gadget seems to be making a difference, Only a small space to filter.

Used an ioniser many years ago and it worked well, so when I saw your advertisement I thought I would give it a go.
I can honestly say I love it, I am sleeping soundly now and I don’t wake up with itchy eyes.
I purchased 5 but wasn’t working properly after one use, I contacted customer service and they were brilliant. Their reply to me was prompt and within 2 days I had a replacement and apology. Couldn’t ask for more. I highly recommend this product.

My pink puriair is fine but the black one doesn't work. I have changed USB done everything it just does notwork.

I have 3 of the air purifiers, they seem to be working well however I find it a bit noisy in the bedroom therefore I just leave it on
during the day.
