Absolutely terrible customer service. Been chasing my refund for days now (the product tastes awful), and keep getting told it's going to be done - it's not as yet.

Just spoke to an incredibly rude chap called Edward who was extremely condescending when I tried to explain my frustration.

I've been thinking about trying purition for ages and finally made an order. I've only tried 3 so far, but I've enjoyed them all. The first thing I noticed was that they didn't have that unpleasant over sweetness of other meal replacement shakes . They have enough to make them just right. They do leave a slight after taste but that's from the nuts and is absolutely normal. For those leaving 1 star reviews, you obviously don't eat a lot of nuts! For me this is a game changer, I can never go back to those over sweet super processed shakes. Thank you Purition!

Iv been using the powders for a couple years and love them ,this time I ordered the multi nutrients and omg do they smell disgusting couldn't even handle them nevermind take one put them straight in the outside bin as they were stinking the cupboard.was asked if I wanted to send them back but I really wouldn't have wanted anyone to think the smell was me it really was that strong fishy smell waste of £14 never again I don't recommend these to anyone sorry purition.

Completly agree with some of the reviews below. Often do Keto diets with IF (and am also lactose intolerant) so was super happy to find a dairy free product that wouldn't push me over my carb limit, in a wide range of flavours. The moment where I found the product was the end of the positives. It tastes awful. I have tried 6 different flavours but all of them are gritty (no matter how long you blend them for), taste like animal feed and worst of all leave me feeling super bloated and nauseous (and nope, it's not milk because I've tried them with water, coconut milk, almond milk and lactofree milk.) And the taste lingers with the pain and bloating for hours which is just torturous! Sorry, it's awful.

So far so good. on my first box of mixed flavours and really liked the strawberry and cherry bakewell. They are not overwhelmingly sweet. I didn't expect a thick shake, and was pleasantly surprised by the taste and texture after reading some reviews. Don't feel like snacking which is good. Time will tell if I can lose a substantial amount of weight but I am hopeful. Will be ordering more soon.

Oh wow, I had hugely high hopes for this product but dear me, I have never tasted anything so bad in my life! I get it's good for you and natural etc etc, but if it tastes like punishment what's the point? At first I thought, maybe it's just the cocoa flavour, but nope every single one leaves the same awful aftertaste for hours on end! And the texture, even after blending ALOT is still akin to adding a ton of straw to milk and trying to drink it! I then thought, maybe it's just me so I got my wife to take a good gulp and I've never seen anything as funny as the tortured face she pulled 😂. I do wanted to love this, but I'm sorry, it's awful.

I got the 14 sachet trial (original, not vegan) along with a box of 12 mixed Keto bars (3 flavours).

I had my first one today and I found the pistachio powder pleasantly mild tasting and not too sweet. I mixed it with milk, cream, water and also added half a banana and avocado and a chunk of frozen spinach, to bulk it out and because I have some left over. I may leave these out in future and/or add a nut butter.

It wasn't bad. The texture is quite gloopy I found but I've had much worse - nice though and I found it gets better if you leave it in the fridge for a while. I think frozen banana would also help with this. One powder from another supplier that I tried used a sweetener and artificial flavour that made it almost bitter - that fake saccharin after-taste. But I found the puritionshake to be palatable, if not fairly tasty. What I wanted was a keto powder to replace a meal and this is all natural stuff and exactly what I needed. Most of these types of things are carb-heavy so this is perfect. Assuming the other flavours are as good, I will be buying a few bags in bulk at the end of the sachets, once I decide my favourite flavours.

The bars are unusual and I think you need to go in with an open mind to enjoy them. They are smooth and crunchy at the same time, full of whole pumpkin seeds and there is no flavour at the start, but it comes on gradually as the cocoa butter melts and isn't too sweet or overpowering. It isn't thick and gloopy like a protein bar but not dry and crumbly either. It has a smooth and almost fatty mouth-feel, without being greasy. I tried the mixed berry one and it has a nice balance of fresh tasting strawberry and slightly tart raspberry. Not sweet but just enough flavour to make it palatable. I have to say, this does not sound like a rave review but I am more than happy. I am not seeking to replace chocolate bars and sweeties with a replica full of artificial flavours. I just wanted something to help with my meal prep while I am eating keto - I have health issues that make meal prep unpredictable or impossible at times so ate a lot of ready meals and junk that was easy to assemble and this is not viable while eating keto.

I expect the negative reviews are from people who want to do keto but still taste highly-sugary-tasting foods. Back when paleo was a big thing, these were the people adding agave syrup and dark chocolate to things and replacing one processed item with another. That is not paleo and much of the supposed keto recipes will not help you get or stay in ketosis. Don't lie to yourselves.

This stuff is subtle. It's fine as it is but my carb 'budget' can stretch to half a banana for a bit more taste/texture and still be ketosis. I added the frozen spinach as I don't eat much veg due to FODMAP and this is a way of adding ice and green leaves at the same time.

I'm looking forward to trying all the flavours and only annoyed I have to wait untli tomorrow to taste the next one - although I am pleasantly full so it's only my curiosity and not my hunger that needs satisfying now.

Delivery was quick in the scheme of things but do be aware they post on Monday rather than over the weekend so plan accordingly. 'FEDEX NEXT DAY' does not mean it will be with you the next day if you order anywhere past Friday. It means Tuesday.

I tasted this for the first time today, I tried the pistachio one and I must say I have never tasted anything so horrible, half a teaspoon of it and I had to spit it out, I tried different flavours but unfortunately they all taste of sour milk, NEVER AGAIN

I know diet products are not meant to leave you looking for more but we tried Coffe/walnut, cherry bakewell, cocoanut and chocolate orange and they are possible the worst tasting dietary product I have ever tasted. Barely taste of the flavouring, gritty and all more or less the same. Back to Exante for us I think

Very impressed. They have a non-dairy option (vegan) and it's the only breakfast to fill me up for 4hours!
Even managed to adjust my deliveries to 12 weeks via customer service even though this isn't a standard option. Really helpful staff. Thank you.

I tried Purition Strawberry for the first time today. I only took one sip and realised I had made a mistake in buying this product. It wasn’t very tasty at all and it left a very bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be buying anymore.

I've been using this company for about a year now and find them excellent on speed of delivery but also the claims of their product. Tasty, convenient and a new flavour every now and then. Customer service is one of the best I've interacted with. Special mention for the lovely Phillipa.

They are so tasty I have them as a great in between meals, much healthier than biscuits or cakes. Also good for sticking to calorie controlled days . Really excellent and much better than other meal replacements

Easy to use website to research and select products. Fair price. Fast delivery. I'm changing the way I eat as I got complacent and abused food so need to make changes and look after myself now I'm over 50 reducing salt, sugar, and removing processed. I was using other meal replacement brands but feel the ingredients and nutrition in Purition is more natural and will help my mission. I bought 7 big vegan bags as lower sugar salt, bargain. Cherry Bakewell today smelt and tasted lovely 4 teaspoons with water. I eat alongside porridge, fish with veg, fruit, wholegrain rice , eggs etc. No going back to other meal replacement brands for me. I have to start somewhere and feel Purition is the best choice for my journey.

I think these shakes are like marmite, you either love them or hate them. I’m a diabetic and was looking for something super healthy in place of slimfast as I’m not a big eater and find it easier to have a shake for lunch than trying to force myself to eat something, I bought the taster pack and at first I thought there’s no way I can stick to these but then I tried the last packet which was vanilla and decided to add a squirt of a certain brands golden syrup which contains no sugar,I also blended it for longer, now I actually look forward to having them. The only reason I gave 3 stars is the price, i feel it is way to expensive for the amount you get

My personal taste experience wasn’t pleasant but I suppose everyone is different. The customer service on the other hand is amazing 5* I sent an email expressing my taste concerns I received a very prompt reply and an even quicker refund was issued for the complete order. Thank you

Received my testers and so far tried a original and vegan .
They are lovely even the little bits of seeds .
I will definitely buy more even hard to decide flavour .Hoping that these will be OK for me and I love the idea of mixing with yogurt and porridge .

First time I’ve tried these shakes and I’m impressed. The texture is unusual with tiny bits of almond, chia seeds but it’s good. Not very sweet which is also good. I will buy again

My first week of using the powders twice a day I am not feeling hungry at all, and am enjoying alight evening meal, I ordered some bars and tried a coconut one for my lunch it tasted good but the texture reminded me of a seed ball you would put out for the birds. I was sceptical that I would feel I've had enough but I have felt satisfied all afternoon, so I feel they are worth persevering with and looking forward to trying other flavours. I have been having oats and powder mixed in Greek yoghurt with a few frozen cherries mixed overnight it makes a delicious breakfast ☺️

I had tried another protein powder once before and it was so disgusting I have been put off of them ever since. For some reason I wanted to give it another go and decided to try Purition. So glad I did; I absolutely love it! Unlike some, I really enjoy the texture. It gives my teeth something to do and it's more satisfying with the crunchy bits. Fine powders are always a bit suspicious; what's in it really..? Here, you can actually see and taste the seeds. And I also really enjoy the flavours. I've tried cocoa and strawberry so far. I am quite looking forward to my smoothies! I mix the berry one with yogurt and half a banana for breakfast or the cocoa one with a half a banana and a tiny bit of coffee for a afternoon treat. But the best part is that it's so filling and satisfying, I don't even think of food till hours later! I'm really impressed and these will be stocked in my kitchen cupboard from now on!
