Does anyone know if this company still operates? i put in a court claim and it was returned back.

I purchased some winter Jumpers in September 2020, still not received them and we are in March 2021, the postal tracking does not exist. When I ordered I thought I was ordering from UK, as this was advertised as a UK company, turns out No coming from China, Spent 100GBP, have emailed them so many times for a refund and nothing not even a reply, not good customer service. One very unhappy customer would not recommend these people.

*****DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY**** if you don't want to be ripped off!!! buy POOR quality or buy something that looks so good on the website but when you get it, it's RUBBISH!!! I got caught out in November 2020 buying from this website, it took over 1 month to get to me (I did try to research where this company was based & any scrap of information on who Purplefans were) I actually thought I had been scammed because it took sooo long, also there was no/not much details to go on to contact or chase the company to see what's going on.
When the RUBBISH items (I also bought some "trainers") arrived there was no label on the dress I bought and NO WAY does it feel or look like "cotton", I've been had. I asked for a refund due to what I've said above and the company in China who sold me these things said if I wanted to send it back to China it's going to cost me a lot of money/about the price of the dress, then they offered me a 10% or 20% refund, that's not what I wanted, I wanted a 100% refund this dress is just fit for wiping or cleaning the floor with, I spoke to PayPal regarding poor quality, not as described on the net, I requested a refund from them, they won't help, part of PayPal's email response- Refund denied This decision was made because PayPal Buyer Protection covers goods or services that weren’t delivered or are not as described.

The items arrived are not the items advertised. The quality is very poor, a thick wool coat turns out to be a thin cardigan, and the colour of material is not the same as advertised/requested. Its shocking the difference. My first correspondence back from them after I inquired how I go about obtaining a refund and how I send the items back, I have been told I would have to pay to return them back to China and it will probably cost more than original cost, so no point in doing so, even though they have falsely advertised and sent different items that by no means match.
Do not trust this company.
I am deeply unhappy with this service.

After sending multiple emails to Purplefans and getting absolutely nowhere with this company who just ignored me, I raised a dispute with Paypal and eventually, after investigating, Paypal gave me a full refund. If you paid this way I suggest you do this.

DO NOT USE. Ordered 2 jumpers and told Out of Stock and to order something else...... a cancelled order would be charged.... by Paypal.... Disputed with them & got the same reply several times. Gave them a deadline and then reported to Credit Card provider who have credited me fully.
Hope they will get the Company sorted. But advice again is they are not worth the trouble. Based in High Wycombe but link I believe in China ----- Need I say more.

Wished to return 3 items due to them being a poor fit and quality. After multiple e-mails requesting the return address and providing pictures of the items and being prepared to pay for insured return postage.

Edit: Just to add, their customer service IS copy/pasted replies as Anne's reply quoted in her review is identical to an earlier reply I got. They are cynical scammers and I've contacted my bank/visa to perform a 'chargeback'.

Ordered 3 items as gifts. Took almost 8 weeks to arrive. Enquiries said 'be patient' - not very helpful or informative. Wanted to cancel but cancellation charges made it unviable. (Not covered by UK Consumer law). On arrival one item was 'missing' No apology, refund for goods not postage. Don't order from this site if you want anything before March or expect any kind of customer service.

An absolute scam. Item arrived but looked nothing like advertised. Have been in email conversation, now about 20 emails where the representative of the company has offered various percent refund, percentage off next order (you must be joking, as if I would order anything else), emotional blackmail stating that they could lose their job; have their wages docked, they are a student - there is nothing they haven’t suggested. ADVICE - avoid buying from this company. They are in China and rules and regulations re consumer rights appear to be very different from here in the UK. Watch this space as I am still in communication with them.

Trash. Don't buy anything from them. Wish I'd checked Trustpilot first! Feel guilty even sending the stuff to a charity shop! Only one out of five items is wearable, and even that I bet the colours will run when I wash it.

Do not be tempted to buy from this company! The stock looks nice and unusual but I received 2 items out of 4 and the quality is really shocking. They are clearly making cheap versions of some other companies items. What looks like a lovely chunky knitted jumper in the photo is thin t shirt fabric definitely not the same item and the other thing looks like it’s made of weird nylon felt type fabric. I’ve asked for a refund on the items I haven’t received. I’ll give it a few days then contact PayPal. Will update this review with the outcome.
Update. I have now received a full refund from this company for the items not delivered, in fairness it only took one day after I contacted them. I’ve chosen not to send back the shoddy items because of the cost of postage and the time it will take for them to get back to China. Lesson learned.

Be advised - be very careful what you purchase with this company

Scam website, I did get 1 item out of 3 dreadfully, quality and poor sizing despite sizing up. All sorts of stories on their way etc. I did check reviews but could not find any then. However now I have seen another web site with same or similar clothes and same design of web site. I can find loads of reviews of that all saying a Scam same stories Lotimer. Cant say they are the same but my guess they are and there may be others. So don’t buy from sites popping up with great prices, based in China offering buy multiple items and get second 3rd or whatever half price. I am going to PayPal plus trading standards.

I’m a bloody idiot for not checking first. This has been going on for about a month. Ordered. 2 weeks later - not in stock, order something else and it will cost £2.50 extra to change your order. ( Lol ) Put a claim in with PayPal, they came back and said they had a different colour, so I opted for that, they would only proceed if I cancelled the claim lol. Here we are 2 weeks further on and I’ve got another email - out of stock.
I never not check before - so cross with myself.
It’s a big scammy fraud. Leave well alone.

Update:
I did get a full refund. Not sure if it was completely voluntary or with help from Paypal, but I did get it.
I am not sure if the £2.50 charge is a bad translation, a try on or what, but it wasn't deducted.

Seriously, this stuff is so bad quality!!! I bought 4 items which all look great online - so far have only received 3 items - and all are rubbish quality. I have asked for a refund for the missing item, and will certainly NEVER buy from these again. If they were in the UK I would sent the items back but as it is I can't be bothered. I think I will end up giving these items to a charity shop, they might be able to get 50p for them, that really is all they are worth. BEWARE - the goods look NOTHING LIKE what they do online!!

If you need the return and need to prepay the shipping cost, because the quality of the shirt is in good condition. The shipping cost will be greater than the cost of the shirts and depends on the shipping company by your side
And we are in China, the package may be missing during shipping, we can not arrange for refund if we did not receive the package, please note that.

After one month not delivery.Now i see is very bad service and will be bad thing what i ordered,Please do not use this site.I lost 50£

Appalling quality - cheaply made goods that don't resemble the photos and are tiny in size. oh and one item missing. Have started attempts to get a refund and they are saying it will be too expensive to return to them in China so we should just put up with it.

Hoping to get a charge back on the credit card.

I recently ordered what looked like two very nice knitted items. I should have looked at the reviews on here before I paid for them. I ordered my items 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing. They have a tracking system which doesnt track the item because it has never been sent. I emailed them to ask when my order will be despatched and they answered back with 'Hello', which is your order' and showed me a screenshot of which has nothing to do with my order with different items on and a different customer name. Since then I emailed them back with the correct details and all i have to go in response from them in wording in Chinese which when translated is asking me to give some sort of review. What a total shambles. Good job I paid through PayPal otherwise i would have no hope of getting my money back.. Don't think they care about customers with their fake website they only care about taking money from people.

Ordered what looks and says is a chunky long hooded cardigan it's a piece of cheap rag that I wouldn't pay a 5er for really annoyed as it was nearly 35 quid absolute joke do not buy from these robbing t****s
