Purple Frog is the best letting agent for students in Birmingham. Shout out to Michael.
I don't know what's going on with the others, but Purple frog are professional, responsive (they actually answer the phone), quick to solve problems, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend!

Purple frog Bristol rented us a uncleaned property with poor furnishings. It took months to repair the leaking roof that ran straight into my son’s bedroom, unreturned calls and excuse making. Rented accommodation is in demand in Bristol we had no choice but to put up with this but now at the end of the contract the deposit is due back to us and nothing! they won’t even return a phone call. One of the tenants was told he didn’t pay a months rent that’s why there’s no return if annyones deposit. This is a lie his monthly rent was always paid on time. Just an excuse .Unbelievably bad customer service. I have no choice but to leave this review.

My daughters student accommodation in Fishponds Road is appalling- broken original single pane sash windows with no proper locks, broken glass panes, traffic fumes flowing in constantly through holes. Blood on the curtains. Carpets filthy. The mattress was stained and not fit for purpose but this has been replaced. The whole house was filthy and run down with dangerous loose electric sockets. Purple Frog Bristol NEVER answer their phone and NEVER respond to emails. Don’t let your son or daughter be duped into using them to find accommodation by the glowing Trustpilot reviews which I think are a set up!!!! Their rent charges are expensive compared to other companies - not good at all!!!!

Purple Frog renovated my student home and the house looks contemporary. All the staffs are always friendly and helpful. Shaun did his best to improve the safety and facilities of the house so that the tenants can live comfortably and safe in the new environment. Thank you Rob Moakes and Shaun Knight.

We had an excellent property viewing experience with Tom H. He was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt comfortable asking questions. His detailed explanations and effective communication made the process seamless and enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better guide in our house-hunting journey.

I worked with an agent named Alice, who was immensely helpful in the handling of this letting. She was prompt and informative when answering questions, and even helped me to solve some issues that I was having with the user interface, coming up with a quick and easy work-around.

I had a great experience but could have explained about the property.

Joe and Nathan were nice. Nathan showed me round the first time and Joe the second.

The property is in a good location, a bit messy because of the students living there but parking space and laundry room will be useful for me over the next year.

Paul responded to me quickly and with the information I needed. The correspondence was polite and professional.

DO NOT BOOK WITH PURPLE FROG - My son booked a house in Nottingham for the 22/23 academic year. First of all they tried to change the price of the rent per week on the contract without us realising, when we mentioned it to them they pretended they didn't realise. They also put in the listing description that the property is being refurbished and everything will be brand new on the first day.

An absolute lie. All furniture was completely broken, all drawers were broken, a room was missing a desk and to top it off, the back garden was revolting. All the rubbish left by the previous tenants was dumped into the garden attracting many rats. To top it all off, there was no heating on the top floor throughout the ENTIRE year. Yes no heating.

We spent all year complaining about it but purple frog did nothing about it. It was only in May when they decided to give the tenants new chests of drawers... when the academic year had ended.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Joe had really good customer service, he politely showed me around and made sure I was satisfied with everything I needed to know about the property. He had patiently answered all questions I had for him.

Sal has been extremely helpful throughout our letting process through Purple Frog.
Despite having many questions about tenancies, he has helped us easily throughout the process so far and has made our lives easy when it comes to securing our home for next year.

Gave one star because that's the least you have to give to even write this review. They misrepresent the property and trick you into moving in. the company has all shitt properties and the amenities mentioned or claimed are not like how it is in reality. BEWARE of such SCAMMERS.

Was very content with the service from the company for the viewing. The estate agent, Lloyd, arrived promptly and was very helpful in answering any questions or queries I had for the property.

Lloyd is an excellent advisor, he organized quick house viewings for us students when we needed it the most. He was knowledgeable and serviceable. Would definitely contact again.
