Hi Jerrishly,
I think your review is about a situation where you advised our team you were going to be half an hour late for a viewing and my team advised that we couldn’t reschedule with that notice.
We had another viewing scheduled for 30 minutes later, so if we had changed your time last minute we would have had to cancel the viewing for the other person; which I hope you understand would have been unfair on them. If we could have accommodated a last minute change of time we would have.
