Quality not great and they weren't transparent about the washing instructions- ie: cannot tumble dry. Especially disappointed with what I thought was a cotton off the shoulder sweatshirt. It's that thin temu material that I think is made from recycled bottles. And on the small side. You think you pay for quality and that is not the case. Very frustrating.

Cheap, falsely advertised crap, scammy customer service
My partner ordered 2 sweaters on here earlier this year for the first time. They knew the shipping would take a while, but was very disappointed at how long it took to receive their order, much longer than informed. The quality was CHEAP. The sizes were incredibly off, like two circus tents. The art was was NOT as advertised. Waited extra long, all for false advertisement and disappointment.
The kicker, they refused a full refund despite not breaking any rules to receive a full refund. Unworn, unwashed, same packaging. They wanted to just give them credit for something else. Why would they want anything else from them, to wait months and months for more cheap crap? They fought with my partner back and forth saying they could give a small portion of a refund. Then up a little more. Finally my partner just agreed to half a refund since the company refused to recognize their refund policy. Tired of dealing with them. Over-priced, cheap, falsely advertised products with no intention of following through on their return policy. If you want to waste your time and money on over-priced trash and scammy customer service, this is the site for you.

Dishonest company. Would give 0 stars if I could
One of the worst experiences I've ever had ordering from any "company." Purple Hecate is NOT located in Colorado as their website indicates. Everything is in China. When my order went through it said I'd receive the items in 5 days. Didn't even receive a shipping notification til I contacted the company 4 days later (expecting the items to arrive the following day per what my order said esp since we are led to believe they are coming from Colorado and I'm in the US). I was told my items were being shipped out "very soon." I was supposed to receive a sticker blind box as well. Received one sticker. The swimsuit I ordered looked nothing like the photo, was cut wrong and in different sizes for the various pattern pieces, and the elastic was old. The tank top I ordered wasn't flattering so I emailed to start a return. I was asked to send photos of the items & was asked to describe why I believed the swimsuit was improperly made even beyond my initial descriptions. I felt like I was being asked to jump through hoops, rather than them just accepting (as most companies do) that it was poorly constructed (swimsuit) and didn't fit me well (tank top). The reply was insulting. Offered me a 15% refund as compensation for the $71.53 order and for me to keep the product. This is when my suspicion that the company wasn't actually located in the U.S. was verified, as the rep said I'd have to pay the shipping fee to send it back to China. When I addressed the dishonesty of their website saying they were located in Colorado, that wasn't even acknowledged. I insisted on a full refund because of all the dishonesty and shoddy products, and the reply I got said they'd offer me a 30% refund and for me to keep it. Why would I want to keep a shoddy product that I cannot wear and not get my full money back? Then they offered to send me similar items, same price and I can keep the initial items I ordered. This "company" does everything to avoid taking responsibility for the crap they send customers. I replied that if they were offering me replacements as opposed to just refunding me my money then I guessed I'd have to take them up on their offer. The customer service reps were seeming to do everything in their power to not give me an acceptable refund. It was insulting. They did everything they could to inconvenience me and create such a hassle that I'd be forced to accept their "solution." I was told the same day that they'd send me my replacements and receive a shipping notification soon. Again, I had to contact the company ELEVEN DAYS later because I never received a shipping notification for this order either. When I got the replacements it was the same situation - subpar materials, improperly cut materials sewn together shoddily. Both the swimsuit and tank top I asked for as replacements aren't worth the money I paid, but because of the circus of the initial "return" experience and all the lies, etc. I am not bothering to contact the company to request a refund because I know I won't get it nor will I get acceptable replacement items. I'd never recommend this company. I'd rate it zero stars if this platform let me.
*edited to add that after I posted this review, the company reached out to me and offered a full refund, also asking me to alter my review to be 4 stars after I receive the refund. Even after saying they'd refund my original purchase I didn't receive anything until I sent another email 4 days later to inquire when I'd be receiving it. While I'm thrilled to have gotten my refund, I'm not comfortable raising the rating because this was still one of the worst customer service instances I've ever experienced and my feelings on that have not changed. A customer shouldn't have to be the one to elicit any change in this type of way. No actions were ever taken by the company until I would initiate them by contacting them after they should have already done each action. I still would not recommend this company. And their company is still listed as being located in Colorado on their website even though they are in China.
