My dad loves Purple Moose ale ( dark side of the moon ) but we live 3hrs away from Porthmadog brewery so u can see how happy we am knowing we can simply order online and have it delivered , so easy to do , no complications and the guys who deliver it is also 5 star ,***** Thank You *****

Fast delivery , great beer.

Super quick service it was dispatched the same day. Dropped an email as had an issue with ordering on line and sorted (and ordered) in 30 mins. Tried the gin at a pub in Holywell so looking forward to tasting it. Other half regularly drinks the ales when at home in Wales so some bottles made their way into the basket!

great beer, great service again, shame box was damaged but no bottles were broken, driver said something fell on the box.

Always find online ordering straight forward, APC delivery times good and the beer just great.

We tried the beer on the Porthmadog steam train earlier this year and ordered some on return which I enjoyed.
Although the delivery charge is a tad off putting the discounts offered periodically slightly offset it.
Well worth trying the Snowdonia ale in my opinion.

Recently travelled to Wales for a long weekend and my husband had a pint of Dark side of the Moose and loved it, so had another 😁 came home & ordered a box. Ordering was easy & delivery quick.

I love this ale. I used to frequent Purple Moose brewery regularly when I lived in North Wales. Now I live in Lancashire and buy their ale online. The delivery is super quick and the ale is, as always, fantastic. I would certainly recommend giving it a try. Cheers!!

Ordered a cap and it arrived within days. Good quality item and well packaged.

The experience is great. the delivery company hid my parcel as asked, the beer is excellent, especially the elderflower one.

Always enjoyed a bottle of Purple moose beer, I ordered 2 gift boxes (pack of 3), which unfortunately arrived with 1 bottle broken and the packaging soaked, this was obviously a couriers handling issue, I sent an email and the brewery was ever so apologetic and immediately sent replacement gift boxes and beer.

Unfortunately the second delivery another bottle was broken, however they was packed in plastic bags and it saved 1 gift box from being damaged, another email and another replacement sent out which arrived fully intact 3rd time round.

I don't hold the brewery accountable for the damaged goods as it was again an issue with the courier. I've sent feed back after the 3rd delivery letting them know it arrived safe and in one piece.

This hasn't put me off purple moose, I think their service has been exceptional the circumstances, and their beer is always the best.

I know you pay for delivery, but really fast, efficient order processing, dispatch and delivery - great service!

I’ve enjoyed the merchandise - baseball caps and T- shirts for several years now even though I live on the opposite side of the country near Ipswich . Still Have fond memories of sinking a “few” pints in the Australia pub a few summers ago with my old spaniel and look forward to returning with my new springer spaniel.

Was staying in Porthmadog. Ordered on line, to pick up in shop next day. Next day, walked in shop and there was my order. Very efficient.
