I was v disappointed my bag did not include a shoulder strap as I thought I had seen one in the advert.

We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your purchase, I have checked the product listing on our website for the bag that you ordered and it is accurate, there is no mention of a shoulder strap in the item description details and there is no shoulder strap shown on any of the 4 photographs of the bag, as the bag does not come with a shoulder strap.
If you had contacted us you could have arranged to return the bag to us for a full refund - we have a 30 day no quibble returns policy as we want our customers to be 100% happy with their purchase from Purple Possum.
