Outstanding quality and service
When I ordered a birthday present for my niece from Purple Turtle I inadvertently gave the wrong street number and the parcel was undeliverable. Jason was magnificent despatching a replacement at no cost before the original parcel was returned. My niece was delighted with the quality of the present and the care with which it had been packed. I cannot recommend them highly enough for both quality of product and outstanding service.
