I ordered a Mondo post in grey. It's pricey but if it satisfies our cats need to scratch it will be worth the money. The product seems well built but there shipping is abysmal. the post and platforms are just placed in a cardboard box with a little brown paper tossed in. This item weighs 25 pounds so basically unprotected. The first one had both platforms damaged during shipping and the post hardware came apart inside the post so it could not be assembled. I sent photos and they sent another for free. The second copy had minor damage to both platforms and again no packaging of any type to protect the shipment. I kept the second one as I decided that it was probably as good as it could be given no protection of the product during shipping. Hopefully the cats will like it.

I was just in the process of completing the purchase of their Purrfect View platform when it was revealed that the shipping cost for ground delivery was going to be $92.47. You've got to be kidding me! They just lost a customer.

Amazing products, so glad we found them. With the exception of the Sisal material being treated with Fire Retardant (I believe this was required by California, as they have laws about & for everything), it was one of the best purchases we have made for our pets/loved one. So many things are made in China nowadays are poisonous &/or toxic. This is American Made, employing workers in the USA - now that is something we want to see. The quality is second to none, & the design is everything we would want & hope for. Rugged, Sturdy, Beautiful, Worth the Price. Not Cheap for cost, but you are getting your monies worth. We would recommend this product, & are very lucky we found it. Delivery went well, package arrived safely, minor assembly was easy. Thank you Purrfectpost!
