We carefully inspect all returned items to ensure they meet our hygiene and resale standards, and in this case, our team found pet hair on one piece and a noticeable mark on another. While we wish we could accommodate every situation, we also have to be thoughtful about the next customer who will receive that garment, especially at our price point and small production scale. That said, we're always trying to balance fairness, flexibility, and product integrity.
