Ordered 1,000 piece custom photo puzzle. Quality seems okay. Be very careful and order the XXL size whenever you can. Their 0.7” size is very small and each piece does not have enough detail, so most pieces end up looking basically the same.

Pieces didn’t fit together properly. Poor quality. Don’t believe the refund policy. Provided all the info they required and still denied refund. Suggest portrait puzzles instead

I ordered my puzzle Friday, with standard shipping, It arrived Monday morning, well packed. Creating the puzzle was really easy compared to the previous company that I had used. As a consumer, I really appreciated the ease of ordering and the fast and good service.

The puzzles are beautiful even the boxes is nice came super quick I had a small issue with my first order a couple pieces missing email them a couple days later I have my new puzzle I only ordered one just to see how it was. I’ve already purchased four more. And I’ll be purchasing more. There’s no need to go to any other website you want a puzzle. This is your site.

This company is awesome! I’m not very trusting with online stores, as I have been scammed before and have had very poor quality products from other places.
When I opened the box, I was so pleased! It looks just like buying a puzzle from a store shelf. It is absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to give it to my daughter for Christmas. I would recommend their puzzles over and over!

It wont work as a gift because they send it in packaging that screams exactly what is inside. I have never seen so much product branding to a person that already bought the product. Unless you wait by your door to make sure you meet the UPS guy first, there is no way to keep this a surprise. For that reason I recommend buying a puzzle gift from a different company.

The puzzle arrived on time and was packaged very well. The box looked very impressive. I would recommend that you request a photo of the finished product if giving as a gift to make it easier for the recipients to put it together if not including a photo on the box. Not sure what the finished puzzle looked like, as it was a gift , but I peeked inside and the quality of the pieces looked very good. They loved it! Make sure you use a high quality/ high res image. I would definitely use them again! A bit pricey, but really a unique gift!

I gave the puzzle as a gift. It was supposed to be a sweet surprise. However, the puzzle came and had no photo of what it actually was. So the person that had received it knew it was a puzzle but had no idea of what the puzzle was. It was saddening. How can you put a puzzle together without knowing what the puzzle is.

Ordering and uploading the picture for the puzzle was extremely easy. It turned out great! It turned out to be a great Christmas present. I will be ordering another puzzle soon!

I am so pleased with the 2 puzzles I have received. The turnaround time was remarkably quick! The quality of the pictures was on target. The quality of the puzzle pieces and fit is perfect. I chose 2 pictures, our homestead farm and a family picture from 1959. My 94 year old mother thoroughly enjoys revisiting our memories during our puzzle times. The 200 puzzle piece is just the right size for her to work with. Thanks for helping us revisit those special times and memories!

I created a puzzle out of two double-page spreads from the high school year book for students coming to the library. The quality of my puzzle was great, and overall I'm very pleased with how it turned out. The pieces are cleanly cut, and no pile of cardboard dust along with them in the box. I was disappointed at first, not expecting the matte finish, and the colors aren't as vibrant as in the original, but all the pieces were clear and the images were sharp and bright when the puzzle was assembled.

I especially liked that I was able to combine two slightly subpar images that were only sharp enough for a 500 pc puzzle into one high res 1,000 piece puzzle.

An absolutely great purchase.... from the easy to use design on the site, to the excellent quality of final product, to the packaging... was 💯 thrilled with this buy, a gift for my mom.

My wife loved the family pictures on the puzzle. She especially enjoyed working with our grandchildren to put the puzzle with their photo on it together.

This is the third puzzle I’ve ordered from puzzleYou. I am making a gallery of selfies my husband I and take while on trips. I have been very pleased with each puzzle. However, I wish there was a way to edit or have puzzleYou confirm an order before it is printed. I didn’t catch that I misspelled birthday on the box until it was too late. When working on my phone, some fonts are not always easy to read and I was so disappointed about my mistake, but could do nothing to fix it.

I’ve ordered from PuzzleYou multiple times, and each experience has been absolutely wonderful. The quality of the puzzles is excellent, sturdy pieces, vibrant colors, and a beautiful finish that truly brings the artwork to life. Each time I’ve given one as a gift, the receiver has been amazed at how stunning their photo looks transformed into puzzle form. It’s such a unique and memorable gift idea. I’m beyond pleased with every order and will definitely be ordering again in the future!

I stumbled accross the sight while looking for a birthday gift. I was able to convert a family painting into a wonderful high quality puzzle that has been enjoyed immensely. The only big issue I had was scaling the image size to fit with in the box. it took a while in a seperate photo editor to get it sized and cropped adequately enough to be used. I would like to create another but it would make the experience so much easier if better photo editing option were built in. I was lucky my girlfriends skills made this part possible for me. In fairness though, other sights had the same issue.

The price was good, the promptness was excellent, and the puzzle quality was high, although I wish the pieces were slightly larger on the 1000-piece puzzle. I suspect some negative reviews come down to the chosen photographs.

The ordering app does an excellent job of telling you if your photographs are high-resolution enough. Additionally, make sure that they are clear, not blurry. Finally, photos with vibrant colors are going to produce a more fun result than photos that are all within a similar color range. I chose a puzzle with 12 photos in it. That was a good choice, but next time I'll choose more vibrant photos to begin with, and then I'll increase the saturation before uploading. (I might even use a filter to "cartoonify" them!)

My only complaint about the app is that it should have a cropping tool built into it. I had to eyeball my photos on the virtual puzzle, crop them on my own system, and re-upload the cropped ones in order to make sure that faces were fully visible.

The quality of the puzzle I received was really in my own hands: PuzzleYou delivered exactly what I specified.

Outstanding ordering process and product! We have had so much family fun with 2 very special pics turned into puzzles. My only concern was that our first was 1,000 pieces which was a bit challenging. The next was 500. It was challenging, but not frustrating and really fun for all. 6 y/o grandson got into it finding 5 pieces of his mother. I'm already looking for the next pic. I created a puzzle to commemorate a friend's retirement. It turned out amazing!!! It was fun to gather the photos from her 40 year teaching career and easy to create the puzzle on the Puzzle You website. I was impressed by how fast it arrived and we had so much fun putting the puzzle together at her retirement party! My son is getting married this fall. I think I will be ordering a puzzle to commemorate their relationship so far and then I can add a puzzle in honor of each anniversary.
