I wish that the site would've given better instructions as to what type of picture to use. I picked one with too much white which makes it impossible to put together. Sadly, I learned the hard way.

We were selected 3 pictures from our wedding for the puzzle. We chose to label the box "Golden Wedding". Then for the anniversary weekend the family worked together to discover the pictures. It was the hit that brought everyone together.

It was an easy task to order the puzzle. My wife loves puzzles and she was convalescing from a surgery and only had the use of one arm. The puzzle looked great, even though the photo was not a HD photo. We will do it again for the end of the year as a gift.

Two different 15" x 20" 500 piece puzzles were made for me from cellphone pictures. Each piece has fitten perfectly exact and locks into place quite well. Ordering process was great which provided picture of how assembled puzzle would appear. Turrn around time from order to receipt was very quick. I had both puzzles mounted and framed for wall hanging at Clubhouse Library at senior citizen community where we live. Both pictures were taken on our campus with puzzles being joyfully assembled by a very willing team of residents.

This is a unique high quality item perfect for the person who has everything. You will be pleased.☺️

great service. puzzle arrive in mannerly time after ordering and graphics are great. One of my puzzles had a piece missing and they replaced the whole puzzle with no charge or shipping. I feel they do great work.

We have enjoyed taking pictures of home and pets and making jigsaw puzzles out of them. Th puzzles have been well constructed and excellent representations of the pictures sent.

I bought FOUR puzzles as gifts and the resolution was terrible - very, very blurry. I reached out to customer service and was told that there was a "resolution indicator" on my order. I didn't see it. I'm not saying it wasn't there - but it wasn't obvious to me. So, no refund, no credit, not nothing other than telling me it was my own fault for paying over $100 for an inferior product.

Great product, even better idea. Awesome gift for the whole family. Shipping costs were a bit high though.

To be totally honest I thought that the puzzle would be of ok quality, but I was wrong. It was like a photo that I took of my granddaughter. The photo was of her putting a puzzle together. The clearness and quality was excellent. I am very pleased.

This was a surprise birthday present for my wife, using a photo she herself had just taken. She loved it. The photoreproduction was crisp. The puzzle cutting was clean.

I designed a puzzle out of old medical textbooks. The cut, material, and picture were fantastic. I will be ordering more custom puzzles from these guys. Good price and fast shipping.

Horrible customer service, no response to emails or phone calls. Box arrived damaged which was supposed to be given as a gift and they didn’t respond. Try a different company that has better customer service, PuzzleYou.com sucks!!

The puzzles always look great and I LOVE the feature of getting them sorted. I have bought several puzzles and hope to buy more.

I can only blame myself, but if your workflow would have had a mechanism to prevent the image I submitted from being turned into a puzzle that would have helped. On your website, the puzzle image looked fine. In real life, the dark spots all blended in and it made building the puzzle unpleasant because there were no discernible features.

My 3-year old cousin puts 100 piece puzzles together with no help. He doesn't even look at the picture before starting. I got him one of himself without the picture printed on the box. When he put it together, he was so excited exclaiming, "it's ME!" No problem with the pieces, nothing! If a 3-year old can love it, everyone should be able to. He was so happy!!!
