The Pivot bed is probably 2 to 3 times harder than your average IKEA bed to assemble - took me the better part of 3 evenings working solo - but it is easily 10x more useful and durable (this thing will be here long after I'm gone). The team has been great to work with on any little question, from parts they included to help with additional floor matting. Make sure you are ready and able to accept the delivery, preferably with friends who already work out a lot.

I may never move again, because the thought of dismantling and lugging this bed around is a sobering thought, but on the plus side my workouts have improved dramatically with the rack so maybe I'll be able to manage.

Since I've ordered my Pivot, the company's been sending regular updates and I can tell say that they keep a close bond with their customers.
Once my bed was ready, the delivery was fast (which is to be highlighted given the size/weight of the product) and the packaging was carefuly done.
The assembly instructions were really clear and the team was always here to answer my questions and provide support. I was even surprised by how fast they were answering my emails !
The bed itself is really comfortable and easy to maneuver, and the multi-layered mat provides a solid protection to your floor.
This combo is really amazing to save space and it is impressive to see how both the bed and the rack are really top shelf products. It is truly equivalent to what you'd find in a gym, and you can add any standard accessories.
To sum it up, great product, great service, great team.

The Pivot bed has been an amazing addition to our home. The build quaility is incredible. You honestly feel like the bed will never need anything replacing and you'll never need another bed again. I had the bed delivered to me and built
It myself. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Col the owner was a massive help aswell. He left me his contact details personally incase I struggled with building it and even offered to assist via a zoom call if I needed it. As I say the instructions were easy to follow so I managed it myself but it was certainly reassuring to know he was a call away.

Team Pivot really need to give themselves a massive pat on the back because this product is second to none.

After living in New York and now Los Angeles, one thing we never have enough of is space. This product allows maximum usage of space and saves on trips to the gym.

The product pays itself by the savings of not having gym memberships; good bye monthly and sign up fees.

Quality of the product is better than expected; it is extremely solid (high quality steel) and well built (welding, tolerances, etc).

Hands down the best option for a guest room and home gym combination. You may be able to find a cheaper alternative, but given the quality and performance of the product, you won’t find a better value.

The quality of this product is unbelievable, best you can find on the market in my opinion. When the bed is upright with the powerrack and everything, you really feel like your in a gym, but when down it’s a normal bedroom! This is a huge game changer for us and we are very happy that we backed this project! The communication and customer service is also very good, you get a very fast reply on all your questions.

I have been thoroughly impressed by my Pivot Bed (Ultimate package). For my family and my home, it serves the dual purpose of providing a home gym and a guest bedroom. To us, this is invaluable. The Pivot Bed is the highest quality construction, and the assembly instructions are very clear. I cannot recommend this product enough!

I've had my pivot bed for over 6 months now and it's been ace from the start. I used to train with a flimsy £90 squat rack from amazon and never had the confidence it would be strong enough if I dropped any serious weight onto it. This held me back when training on my own. Now I have my pivot bed I'm confident I can truly train to failure, even when I'm the only person in the house. This thing is like a power cage that transforms into a bed - it's amazing! I have the Ultimate Package and have since bought the headboard which helps make the bed look good (in bed mode). When the bed first arrived I had an issue with one of the gas struts and the team were quick in resolving this for me at no cost. It's quick and easy to change from bed to gym and back again. The only additional thing I needed to buy was a bungee net to hold the duvet and pillows on when transforming the bed. This is a must have for the serious home gym set up where space is at a premium.

Best piece of gym / homeware equipment I've ever purchased and was the solution to my needs. Makes one room totally multi functional: bedroom to gym to office all in one quick pivot and with no commute. PIVOT is an amazing well-built piece of equipment that's fully functional for me (100kg 6'3' guy) with its full gym rack, dip & pull up bar and bed when needed. It also creates great floor space to use for mobility, yoga and just a nice feel to the room when it's up, so when working from home it feels more like an office space than bedroom. It's helped me get fitter, healthier, happier and no excuses for not getting to the gym or a workout in anymore. It's a must-have for any home as the value it adds outweighs any costs, and you couldn't buy a bed or gym rack separately anywhere near its quality or price. Thanks PIVOT.

We had our construction team set up our Pivot bed because we were renovating our entire place. They were in awe! They kept saying how well made the Pivot Bed is and how insanely cool it is that a bed is also a gym. I'm well aware that having a gym in our home will set a good example for our kids growing up and will give them a chance to also engage in physical activity without the burden of gym memberships and transport. There is more to this gym set up and just what we do with it in our time. The gym bed surpasses generations and when you do don't want to have a gym in your house for a few years, no problem, put the bed down and the 'gym' just goes away! Brilliant!

We have wanted to create a home gym for some time but didn't want to sacrifice an entire room for this purpose. The PIVOT gym bed was the answer to our dilemma! The space-saving nature of a Murphy bed, combined with the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to every detail of the actual equipment, makes the PIVOT gym bed a WIN in every way!
We are looking forward to many convenient workouts in the future! EVERYONE needs the PIVOT gym bed in their home!

this bed is solid. i feel extremely secure when it's in work out mode. everyone is quality especially the design tolerances. some of them are so perfect it can be a little tough to get things into place but you won't worry about anything wiggling and making you uncomfortable.

the only thing better than the quality of the bed is the quality of it's company's owners. from the beginning with the purchase then the manufacturing and delivery they were super communicative and supportive. they ensured i had a good experience in all respects regarding their product. it's clearly their baby. i've never had a better experience with a company.

Living in London means floor space is at a premium, so having a spare room that can be used 10% of the time for guests and 90% of the time for a gym is an ideal use of space. The Pivot bed has allowed us to achieve this with ease.

The bed itself is impressively engineered given that it arrives flat packed. It's well built, super strong, and smoothly transforms from gym to bed for the rare times we need it to.

We also got the rack attachment and the standard width of the uprights means we can use attachments from third parties without a problem (landmines etc.).

Support from the team was also great. For the rare times we needed to reach out, their response was quick and thoroughly helpful.

We highly recommend this bed/gym it's a fantastic solution for those looking to reclaim some unused space at home without any compromises.

When I first considered backing the Pivot start-up on Kickstarter it was at the beginning of the Covid pandemic when lockdowns had made it impossible to go to the local gym.
In hindsight my only regret is that it took so long until the bed was deliverd to my home and fully operational. To be fair this wasn't Pivot's fault as many unlucky circumstances from Covid to Brexit red tape, supply chain disruptions and skyrocketing inflation got interlinked. The people at Pivot fought their way through all this and ended up with a breathtaking product that has set new heights in engineering, quality and workmanship. And I say this as a German.
In fact the pivot bed is much more than a temporary workaround for a closed local gym. As sturdy, versatile and convenient as it has proved to be it is a gym in its own right.
But apart from the obvious advantages of the product, if I give the full 5 stars out of 5 it is for the incredible support from the Pivot team that I have experienced so far.
I would like to thank them for their transparency, honesty and probity which are all rare commodities in international trade these days. They have an excellent after sales service and are ultra responsive to any minor or bigger issue or concern that may occur until you are entirely satisfied. I wonder where they take all the commitment and energy from to do so.

Great service and support for a fantastic product. PIVOT have cut no corners, it’s top quality and I now have both a guest bedroom and a complete home gym, all in one room.

Two years ago, I saw a Pivot Bed advertisement on Instagram and fell in love with the product. It was exactly what I was looking for. I therefore placed my order for the Ultimate Pivot Bed.

At that time, the bed was only a prototype and there was a long road ahead for the Pivot team. Then Covid hit, which brought a whole new set of problems to solve. As an entrepreneur, I could pretty much imagine what these guys were going through. They sent me detailed monthly updates which made me almost feel like I was part of the team. Colin was extremely transparent, although some news were hard to hear for customers.

The team did not let go, and managed to pull off the project. I received my bed a few months ago and I was blown away by the result. They made zero compromises on the quality of the materials which makes the bed extremely solid and efficient. Many gyms don't have such a good squat rack. The add-ons (plate storage, impact-resistant mirror, barbell storage, squat rack etc) are also really well designed. The bed does exactly what you'd expect it to do.

The team also sent me detailed instruction to mount all the parts of the bed. Colin was also very helpful. I releases a bit too much gas from the gas struts that help you raise and lower the bed with minimal effort. Colin immediately replied to my e-mail and sent me new gas struts within a few days.

In a nutshell: The wait was well worth it. I have been able to put in some intense workouts at home. Regarding the exercises you can do with the bed, the possibilities are nearly endless. I even added a pulley to the pull-up bar which allows me to perform lat pulldowns.

Thanks a lot to the whole Pivot team and congrats. I wholeheartedly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a home gym.

We’ve now had the Pivot for more than 6 months and we’re still as impressed as we were on day one. It’s removed the need to go to the gym (and reduced the amount of excuses available not to work out!). We rarely use the room with the bed, but is great when needed and allows us to use the space a lot more often than if it was just a standard guest room. The communication and updates during the kickstarter campaign, delivery process and for any queries has been great and I really wish the Pivot team all the best and all the success as the product rolls out further. All I want to know now is how do I get it to a new house in the future because I’m definitely not leaving it behind! If you’re considering this purchase, you won’t be disappointed - go for it and don’t look back!
