I have had my clubs for about 3 years…

I have had my clubs for about 3 years (0311 XP). I bought them during the pandemic so I don't know if this is part of the problem but still they could have offered to fix and correct the problems. Told me the clubs were in stock and I would have them in 2 or 3 weeks by the guy that did the fitting. took 2 or 3 months. Customer service is awful too.
The shaft on my 5 iron snapped in half and they blamed me, now after 3 years clubheads are coming off of my shafts. Cost is $20 per club to repair. I am retired and yes I play a lot of golf but never had this happen. When I first got the clubs I really loved the wedges but a friend warned me they only last a year or two and he was correct.
I paid a lot of money for these clubs and expected better.

Pxg fitting

I had a pxg fitting at my local golf club. What an amazing experience. I really didn't think that there black ops driver could actually do what it says.. it really does. I hit further and straighter than ever.. and I'm a high handicapper. Jack my fitter was fantastic to work with. Very patient. Very knowledgeable. And a good laugh. A very happy experience so well done everyone at pxg and Jack. Will definitely shop there again

The best staff in golf!

Both the products and the support staff have been fantastic. I have had two separate support issues and the staff at PXG have gone above and beyond to help and ensure that I left a happy customer. Huge shoutout to Brittany Falconer who I have dealt with throughout the process and Dan Pela who helped to get my spec right after some issues. Can’t recommend PXG UK highly enough.

Best experience ever!

Stuart (PXG Fitting expert) and Daniel at customer service have been amazing! I've never known great service, support, honest feedback and guidance delivered. I was sold what suited me not what they were trying to sell. The whole experience was 10/10 and above. Highly recommend going that step further, being patient and listening to experts such as these 2 people. Thankyou PXG

I had a driver fitting with Hayden on…

I had a driver fitting with Hayden on Tuesday this week at their stunning new fitting centre in Esher. I have been playing this game for over 40 years and have had numerous fittings. I have to say that this PXG fitting rates amongst the best. The attention to detail, feedback from Hayden, choice of shafts, was outstanding. By the end of the fitting, we had gained 20 yards with the Black Ops. The driver also arrived on Friday, in time for my game today and the weekend. Highly recommend.

Horrible first experience

While I was about to order a driver, 3, 5, & 7 fairway wood from them, my first experience was with ordering a putter for nearly $400.00.

Their customer service is deplorable! They never respond to numerous verbal and email contacts.

I will pay more not to deal with such an unprofessional firm!

PXG order from Germany

After getting fitted I ordered a full irons set with individual specs. Dan was extremely professional and answered all of my questions very quickly.
The time between my order and the delivery in Germany was very short.
All in one, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely do it again!
Dan, thank you very much!

Had a great driver fitting with Jack…

Had a great driver fitting with Jack Venn. Very welcoming and professional. I wasn't feeling 100% and it only took Jack 30 mins to find the optimal setting for the Gen 5 XF driver. With a few tweaks I was hitting the ball higher and further than my Gen 4 driver.
Would highly recommend.

Alec Ponce was my fitter in Scottsdale…

Alec Ponce was my fitter in Scottsdale in late October. He was excellent. He was technically smart about what best fit me and very personable. He quoted me a price and wrote up an order. I sent an email to him about Cyber Monday prices. He knocked over $1,000 off the price and I bought the clubs on the spot. These are Gen 6 clubs (my new set). He also told me he would re-weight all my gen 4 clubs (my old set). The older you get, the more your swing changes. I am almost 78 years old. One set for AZ and one set for MN.

PXG does not stand behind its products

PXG does not stand behind its products. I have been a loyal customer for several years with irons, fairwoods, and a putter. The white line on the putter began to peel away after a few months of use due to a defect. PXG admitted that this was a defect and replaced the putter immediately. The new putter has the same defect and they will not repair it saying that it must have been damaged. This club is in pristine condition except for the defect. Any other major club brand stands behind their products but they wouldn't even let me speak to a manager about my issue. I thought I would be a PXG supporter for life but they have lost a customer forever and I will tell everyone I know about my experience. This lack of integrity will cost them way more than doing the right thing and just repairing my putter.

PXG, quality and performance for a reasonable price

Bought the 0211 xcor2 irons, 5i, 6i, 7i, 8i, 9i and pitching wedge. What a good buy! I was so impressed I bought the 0211 10.5° driver and a 0211 19° hybrid. Then a few months after that I bought a 0311 54° wedge. If you want quality equipment at a reasonable price then PXG are right up there

Broke the driver shaft 8 days after receiving club

Okay so right now my experience was positive in purchasing and communication.. Clubbed shipped okay, only problem is they ship FeDEx. I work overseas and can only receive USPS. I had a buddy forward the driver to me. I've had it for one week now. Hitting long. Last night the shaft snapped in half on the third hole tee box after hitting the ball down the middle and then snapped in half at the top of my follow through. I have contacted PXG US, but so far no reply (it's been 14 hrs they have no email address posted) I then contacted UK PXG (email on their page) since they are a closer country this morning. 2 hrs later. Well the UK replied already and cannot help me. Now I just wait for the US to respond. I'd rather just get the cost of the shaft refunded and order a shaft from the UK shop. They seem very efficient. Okay the US has responded and asked for photos and an address. They are shipping a new shaft. All positive..
