Had a problem with status code 403, owner managed to help me through it with a bit of patience. So far nothing but happy with the service.

Had some problems with starting up but they where nice and helped me trough it. even doing sertain things for me.

It is a very nice service, but it would be great if the RAM in the free section is 512 MB.

Good minecraft servers to play with friends. It's stable and 24/7. I recommend with all my heart❤️❤️❤️.

Great customer support. I can only recommend it. I was given a chance to try out a different tier for free which gave me a great view to check which tier is the most fitting for me. Console errors were also dealt with quite fast. Overall, amazing customer support!
