Pyszne.pl Reviews 

No issues with the Pyszne.pl app - deliveries are usually on time, and customer support is great. I’ve contacted them twice, and they were always very helpful. I really like the Program Pieczątek - you can save quite a bit of money if you order frequently from the same restaurant.
On the downside, the food tends to be a bit more expensive compared to other delivery platforms, and the restaurant selection could be larger. Sometimes it’s hard to find something really worth ordering in my area.

The worst application ever. I wanted delivery specific time and my order came 1 hour late, cold. Really, the worst App ever.

I was waiting 1 hour for order and then they just cancelled. I suggest all people to not use this app.

They stole 140 PLN from me. The order clearly stated "order 1 product, get 2". I got 1. Nobody gives a shit. That was my last ever order at Pyszne.pl

In case there is something wrong with your order and you have no direct contact (outside of pyszne) to the restaurant, pyszne.pl can offer:
1) A chatbot that supports maybe 5 questions, there are only two preset questions to which it has a pre-programmed answer "I CANT DO THAT" so its literally just a waste of time
2) Email which will not be answered for hours (or days, who knows)

There is no phone or no one alive to talk to while having an issue.

Incompetent.
One hour and order even didn't start.
Chat bot keep telling "unfortunately I can't help you...."

The delivery guy failed to deliver my order and the customer services did nothing about it id advise you to pay later when you see your order rather than trusting these thieves.

They are awful😖 The worst delivery ever. Last time they canceled my order and didn't return money, this time I am waiting for delivery hour and a half and every time when I check the time left to the delivery been completed it's written "11 minutes left" then "20 minutes left" then again 15 and 25 mins and like this around the circle. So the terms are broken, money taken

The only reason I ordered through Pyshne is that my card isn't supported by Glovo
But I will manage card better then order one more time within Pyshne

I ordered food on vacation, it cost me about 286 zl. I was so excited but what happend.. I really can't understand how this delivery services can work. I was waiting on the right place with my boyfriend like 30 minutes and more. And suddenly the website said "the order was canceled" so my bf ask them WHY? They lied that we wasn't here so they wouldn't give our money back. Are you serious?? It's not our fault that your driver is unable to arrive at the agreed location. Like I said, we want our money back, I don't care how. I'm sick of service like yours.

Couriers are stealing food (my order "disappeared," so they canceled it and refused to reissue it to the courier who came to pick it up) - no response from pyszne.pl (pathetic bot only)
This isn't the first time something like this has happened. Embarrassing - stay away!

My food was marked delivered but I never received it. Total scam. No reimbursement of money. And fix your support. Being a reputed company, your support is shit.

Support chat does nothing

The delivery time continued to increase. After calling the restaurant, I learned that Pyszne.pl probably didn't have any drivers. I was left hungry and angry, having to cancel my order without an immediate refund. I don't recommend it.

Pyszne.pl is a scam. We ordered food, waited 2 hours, called them and the restaurant and was charged full price for no food. When questioned they could do nothing for me. DO NOT USE PYSZNE.PL i will be posting this everywhere.

1 cause I can't give 0. Delivery service is simply a joke. You see consantly growing number of minutes so only a fortune teller may predict when you'll eat dinner. In 100% DO NOT recommend

deliver guy did not deliver my order but he marked it as he did

I placed an order, the application gave the courier a different address and he delivered the order 5km from the correct address. After contacting the consultant denied it and tried to convince me that the order was delivered to the correct address and they would not refund the money. I am hungry and have lost 100Euro. They cheat people and steal money. I definitely do NOT recommend.

I placed an order on Pyszne.pl, expecting efficient service and a professional approach, especially since it was a business order. Unfortunately, I encountered a serious problem – the inability to enter the NIP number on the invoice, which forced me to cover the costs out of my own pocket. Since the service did not fulfill its obligations, I expect a full refund for the order or at least 70% of its value.

I don’t understand how such an issue could arise on a service that is supposedly dedicated to businesses and individuals. This kind of situation puts the customer in a very uncomfortable position and does not reflect well on the quality of service. Moreover, the lack of response and engagement in resolving my issue makes me feel completely ignored.

Although the service may offer convenience, this situation has significantly changed my perception of Pyszne.pl in a very negative direction. I do not recommend it!
