Anything but Pyur
Signed on May 30. Next available appointment was for June 18. Then this was one cancelled until July 1st. And then then even that one was cancelled too. So almost a month basically without internet. Went two different Pyur stores in Berlin. One customer service representative was helpful, the other was completely rude. Then when I called to try to explain my case, the man hung up on me before I could even say anything. Horrible experience, horrible way of treating new customers, and horrible waste of time and money.

TERRIBLE! I wouldn't recommend the provider to anyone! I have problems with my wifi connection at least once a week and I live in the center of Berlin! First of all good luck with customer service if you don't speak German, because the automatic messages are only available in German and when you finally reach the real person it's not given they speak English and can't even transfer you to anyone who does. I don't have a wifi connection now because there's some issue with the wire in my building and when I call the customer service all they can tell me is that it's in the process and can't give me any more information, even the estimated time when it will be fixed! This is like a basic info they should be able to tell. For someone who works from home this is a huge problem for me.
Once again, don't recommend it to anyone!
Extemely bad customer service - 30+ minutes waiting time
First of all I had to buy a personal Fritzbox Cable(Which I had to buy for 250+ Euros), as the information on the Pyür website is you need a Fritzbox. I had to figure it out on my own that my Fritzbox would not work.
Now, for a month after the initial setup, the internet was working okay, I have 250Mbits/s speed, but the overall performance was poor than Mnet 100Mbits/s.
Suddenly, in the middle of a homeoffice day in my new Munich apartment, I see that there is no data connection- meaning the router is working but Pyür stopped recognising my router and I need to register it to Pyür
I called them 4 times,each time with a 30+ minutes waiting tim, while missing several meetings, they could never connect me to a technician who spoke english or was able to patiently explain me the process in German. I speak close to B2 level German, but they kept rerouting me, or promising a call back, but no one did.
I tried once again after office, at 6pm, the waiting time was 40+ minutes, when the Pyür collegue finally connected, he complained about my voice not being clear and was talking to me like he is doing me a favour my talking to me. I told him this is very difficult for an international person, and this is not acceptable that while selling the connection there is an english speaking person, but when we have problems, there is no one to help- his reply was - doch funktioniert. He was extemly rude, when I told him how much this disrupts me and I need to fix this.
I would recommend NOT to go for Pyür. Literally everything else is better, including using your mobile data. They will send you 2 emails per day until you register, but once you have, they really don't care.
Worst customer service and unreliable internet
Internet stopped working for three weeks without explanation. Pyur acknowledged the problem but did nothing to solve it. If you try to call you get bounced back and forth between different departments until the waiting times will defeat you or the line simply falls. If you need internet for work, you cannot rely on Pyur.
Apply for a WIFI
Apply for a WIFI, the order is not successful, the goods can not be delivered, the experience is very poor.
Internet never works
Absolutely bad service. There is a major disruption that lasts more than 48hrs every week. The customer care is completely unreachable. They speak nice only when they want to sign you up and later disappear

Customer service is very very towards non German speakers….if you are a foreigner please stay away from PŸUR… I’m paying 1000mb but I’m receiving 45-70mb and when called them they hang up on you…
Useless app and poor customer service
No idea or any update about my hardware. I have ordered the connection and then provide them the requested serial numbers but still there is nothing on their side. There is no information or any update about when will the hardware be sent? Nothing.. seriously nothing. Help service is of no use either

1 month of wait and no help whatsoever
I am a new Pyur client and I'm waiting almost a month to get the hardware and have internet at home (it'll be exactly a month of wait on 9th of May 2024). They tell us that they can't help us with that issue and that the technician has to call, mind you we had a message saying that the technician was calling 24th of april in the latest and he didn't!!! We can't even contact said technician because it's all no-reply. It's affecting our jobs, this is not what we signed up for. We were told the setup of TV, Internet and telephone would maximum take 2 weeks. Completely disappointed.
