Avoid them, they are bad

Avoid them. They are crooks. Very poor customer service. I didn't have internet since last 4 days and no response from them after sending 4-5 messages to kundenservice. Initially they also took extra money from my bank account when sepa direct debit was enabled. Upon asking why they took extra money, they replied it was some service fee, which was not mentioned anywhere. I had to disable the sepa direct debit. They are a bad company. Avoid them and go with some established companies (Telekom, Vodafone) instead who have better customer service but may charge little extra. Peace of mind for extra 10 euro? Yes please.

No internet for 2 months but paying…

No internet for 2 months but paying full price, of course. 45 days and still no reply to my email sent to customer support requesting for help. We work from home!! Pÿur is so not worth the stress/burden/uncertainty and lack of support. I am not being provided with what was agreed contractually but if I stop paying, you'll see you fast they will reach out. Please follow my advise and pay 10 euros more per month and stay with the big boys, Pÿur unfortunately does not care about its customers.

Internet is consistently down 60 to 90…

Internet is consistently down 60 to 90 minutes per day in blocks of 10-20 minutes. You will get better internet on an island in the middle of the ocean in the Phillipines.

Go anywhere else but not to these clowns.

Catastrophic customer service

Catastrophic customer service. I subscribed to PYUR for 2 months, the wifi is still not working ! I called few times the technical service and they don’t know how to solve my problem, not even sending a technician to check the issue! The worst experience you can have.

Internet down: day wait for technician

Internet completely down. PYUR ‘hope’ we’ll receive a call from the firm they outsource technical/engineering work to within five days, to let us know when they’re coming to investigate. That’s not five days til it’s fixed, that’s five days - hopefully - before we even get an idea of when the problem might be diagnosed. Apparently this is because PYUR outsource everything, they don’t do any actual work themselves, don’t have any technicians or customer service staff of their own, so no one you speak to is responsible or cares about PYURs obligations to their customers. Grim af.

TERRIBLE SCAM!!!

Terrible service, it's a nightmare!
I have been forced to switch to PYUR because the building was switching to glass fibers (maybe it was a lie?). Internet only worked the first 5 days and now it's totally down since one week. Called several times the customer service, only in German and very unpolite. They also sent me an email saying that they fixed the issue which of course was untrue. No appointments available for a technician, they tell you someone will call you, and it never happens. I work from home, so I had to buy a Hotspot. I am stuck with this for the next 2 years, I will sue my Hausverwaltung that obliged us to switch to this scam! Do not sign a contract with them!!!

Terrible service

I’d give zero stars if I could. First they force us to sign with them by lying they will become the only provider in the building, then after ‚connecting’ nothing works. It’s our 6th day without internet and we get zero updates from Pyur. Except for the invoice of course. When you try to call, it’s always MINIMUM 30 minutes wait and all they tell you is ‚please be patient’.

Charged full price for three weeks without wifi

I ordered my wifi on the 27th of October and didn't have functioning wifi until a month later on the 22nd of November and PYUR is still charging me for wifi (and a non-activated box) from the 6th of November. Terrible customer service with no replies to requests in their "service" app. I had a total of three technician appointments scheduled with approximately a one-week waiting time for each, only to find out that the issue was that PYUR hadn't activated and configured my Fritzbox. This despite me spending hours and hours on hold to reach customer service which provided very different answers for why the wifi wasn't working. Seemed like they were just guessing to get me off the phone again. Very little willingness to speak English, and some CS team members even hung up on me, saying to call again and hoping I would get a colleague on the phone who did speak English, rather than just transferring the call. Every time I called in and explained (in German) that the wifi is still not working and asked CS to please not charge me for the weeks we have had to go without wifi, they ensured me that this would be taken care of. Now I have received my first bill and have to pay full price (both for wifi and for the box) from the 6th of November, with neither working until 22nd of November. They also haven't applied the 180 euro cashback (90 per person for friend referral) which was the reason I signed up in the first place. Absolute shambles. Would not recommend.

I had to stop my contract because of changing city of residence

I had to stop my contract because of moving from a city to another city where Pyur services are not available. They told me that if I send them a proof of registration in the new city they will stop taking money from my bank account. However, it has been three months and they are still taking money from my account even though I have sent them their device. Whenever I call the client service number they tell me your contract was not ended we will end it now and nothing happened. This is SCAMMING!!!

Deducting higher costs, not willing to refund

I am a Pyur customer since January 2019. I ordered the Wifi + HD TV package. After testing the HD- TV Box, I decided not to have it and sent it back in January 2019. PYUR received the device for HD- TV but has not changed my montly rate from 43 to 33 EUR. I did not realize it. In the meantime, I am working abroad but continue with the montjly payments. In Sommer 2023, I received a letter from PYUR about the increase of the Wifi tarif from 33 to 35 EUR. That made my curious. When I came to Germany in September, I called them to find out, why it is 35 instead of 45, which were deducted from my account. The Lady told me that, obvously, I am still paying for the HD,- TV package, which I am not using since
January 2019 and suggested to write in this regard. I sent 2 letters. PYUR is not willing to refund the 10 EUR per month which they are deducting from my account even after receiving the HD-TV device. With the sentence"you have not send us a written termination for the HD-TV package". I asked them, if this seriously is there final answer, since I am not able to receive any HD-TV channels without the device which I sent back to them in January 2019.
They answered me with a confirmation for the termination of my HD-TV Package as of November 2023.

I am quite surprised about PYUR's understanding of business conduct and client service. I would have kept my contract, if they would just decide to treat me in a fair way. But with their decusion to mot do so, they have now lost me as a client and havee me telling my naighbours and friends about this experience.... interesting business model.

I suspect this company is buying…

I suspect this company is buying positive reviews.
My experience with them has been appalling.
They ignore existing customers, do not replace outdated hardware - that they no longer even support themselves and that do not meet current safety standards. The download speed is lower than with a dial-up modem, waiting 5 to 10 minutes for a simple page to open, streaming even a YT video is almost impossible - this is in the centre of Germanys capital city not some remote rural area. At times it just stops working completely. I cannot advise people more strongly to AVOID this company with the really stupid name at all costs

I wouldn't recommend Pyur even for my…

I wouldn't recommend Pyur even for my worst enemies. Recently, and in the center of Berlin, we had huge connection problems and issues ( well on average, we have max 8Mbps download speed! which is nothing for any service provider as them). we contacted them to ask for either a replacement or compensation or fixing the issue that was supposed to last for 9 days, and they simply answered after ages, we won't provide you with anything! We have never seen such a mediocre and extremely bad services as those people. You can ask the whole residence, they will even say worse about them. Don't ever go with Pyur!

terrible customer service

terrible customer service, I ordered the Internet service 9 days ago, but still, there is no sign of router and the internet, I sent an email to them but I got no answer, I called them several times and every time they told me to call one hour later, please call again two hours later, I am really exhausted with Pyur, never ever recommend them to any one!
