My questions are answered quickly and helpfully

Arrived on time. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Sorted out several issues we were having. The tuition will cut hours off our processes. Emailed today and responded promptly. Would recommend.

Brilliant training session provided by Andy. Was very detailed and thorough, went through step by step and allowed us to really gain understanding, by answering any questions we had along the way, or afterwards once finished. The support afterwards is also great for an additional 12 months, as you can follow up with an e-mail if there was something forgotten in the training. Only had the training a day ago, however e-mailed Andy with a query and he got back to me straight away and solved the problem. Really useful tool and allows you to gain the most out of QB.

Andy is very skilled in the mechanics of QuickBooks. But also, a very thorough and patient trainer. Andy covered all areas with sufficient detail and time for specific questions to be asked about each topic. All of which he answered with ease and clarity. What we found particularly helpful was Andy assisting us with “real world” issues that we have experienced with our own business. Worth his weight in gold. Thank you.
