Organised an on site training session as we had lots of stressful issues with various bits of QuickBooks, Andy Thorpe took the team through a detail coverage of the system in general and then our specific issues - we felt it was perfectly tailored for our needs and Andy was very patient as we worked through it.

This was, without doubt, a 6 or even 7 star service. We had taken one days training previously but had got into a bit of a mess when it came to the year end.
Andy came back and helped to sort us out. In his own inimitable style he created a comfortable learning environment that really enabled learning to take place.
He even said nice things about my coffee!

The second part of the day was very useful - specific to our organisation and how we run. The morning session less so, because the large scale sales sample organisation on the training system was so very different to a small non profit organisation and we lost a lot of time discussing why we wouldn't use certain key features. Good, knowledgeable trainer.

Andy has really taken the time to get to know the organisation (which is a bit unusual) and has advised us not just on the QuickBooks software but also helped us to iron out our general accounting procedures. He talks in simple language and not usual IT or Accounting speak which was really important for us.

Andy came in review the way we use Quickbooks Pro as we were looking to become more efficient in our data processing, using the time sheet facility to improve our invoicing as well as providing training on the budgeting and multi currency functions. Not only was Andy very knowledgeable regarding all of the Quickbooks software packages, he really took the time to understand how we operate as a company and what we need Quickbooks to do before making suggestions to help us improve our use of Quickbooks. We do have very bespoke needs that Quickbooks cannot always meet in it's standard format and Andy was very good in discussing workarounds as well as providing training on how the standard functions in Quickbooks work and can be used to meet the needs of our business.

Andy spent a day teaching me how QuickBooks works. Surprised how 'easy' it was compared to Sage.

I took up the services from QB Consultant after being given the role of book keeper with very little training in 2013. Andy came to my work and gave me a training session which left me with more confidence and competency. I continue to use their services as there is always something that comes up that I can't resolve. Andy is very patient and doesn't laugh too much when the error or query is one a school child could have resolved!

Andy gave us an overview of Quick Book features, some of which we didn't know about, including a lot of useful shortcuts, tailoring the session to suit our requirements. Then he helped us troubleshoot problems and correct errors that we had made previously so that we now have to tools to do that ourselves. It was well worth the money and actually fun as well!

Clear and precise Quickbooks training and support provided in a friendly and approachable way. Highly recommended.
