James the audior was brilliant. External audits are never fun, but he made it pleasant.

We have just completed our first ISO audit on Thursday 26th March 2026, with Alex Misovicova as our consultant, and she was truly amazing.

From start to finish, Alex was kind, friendly, and positive. She explained everything clearly and made the process easy to follow, which gave us great confidence throughout.

She always focused on the positives, highlighting what we are doing well. She also provided helpful guidance on how we can improve further, which felt very supportive. Her approach made the audit experience feel constructive and encouraging.

She was so professional, well-organised, and respectful. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about helping organisations improve.

It was such a very positive experience. We would be more than happy to work with Alex again and would gladly request her as our auditor in the future, and would recommend her.

Citation: ISO27001: Book on and gap analysis. Both processes were straightforward. The consultancy provide by Citation, and particularly Cheryl S., during the initial gap analysis phase was informed and supportive. Very much recommended.

We had our second stage review today for ISO9001 provided by Robert Crosby and the process eas efficient and seamless. Rob also provided some great advise based upon enquiries and questions asked.

Caron from Citation was professional, knowledgeable, and very supportive during our ISO 27001 audit Teams meeting. She made the process clear, well organised, and much less daunting, and her expertise was evident throughout. A very positive experience.

Our Consultant for ISO was Karen. She was extremely knowledgable and very patient with us. She helped us understand the processes we needed to implement as well as the documentation. She took her time to explain what was required and It was a real pleasure to work with her. We are now looking forward to being accredited with our Chosen Certificate.

I’ll be honest, I wasn’t really looking forward to the whole process at the start, but Simon made it a lot easier than I expected. His patience and understanding really stood out, especially when things weren’t immediately clear to me. He took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense, without overcomplicating it.

The way he delivers information was perfect for me – clear, straightforward, and at the right pace. It turned what I thought would be a stressful experience into something much more manageable.

The Citation platform itself was also very user-friendly, which made a big difference. It provided a simple way to build my understanding of the certifications and the process that needed to be undertaken, without feeling overwhelming.

Getting our ISO14001 was a straightforward experience and was refreshing having positive auditors such as Jenna Lawler to guide us through the process.

Simon Langston was a great help today, his information was inciteful and helped a lot for the planning of all future audits. I have had a great experience using Citation over the 12 months and have found their customer service excellent!
