Andrew North at Citation ISO was extremely helpful throughout our audit. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. His support made the whole process much smoother, and he was always available to answer questions.

We recently completed our ISO 14001 surveillance audit with Citation ISO, and our auditor, Sarah was outstanding. She structured the day so well, setting clear, realistic objectives for evidence gathering, which meant we never felt under pressure at any point. By breaking the day up and letting us go off to collect the requested evidence while she worked through our existing documentation, she struck the perfect balance: thorough without ever making us feel watched over our shoulder.
Sarah is clearly highly knowledgeable across multiple standards, and is by far the best auditor we've encountered. The whole process flowed smoothly thanks to her professionalism and approach. Highly recommended.

I found Annya to be a real asset throughout the Stage 2 ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 audit. She is incredibly easy to get on with and has a natural ability to put people at ease, which really helped reduce any anxiety around the audit process.

What stood out most to me was her ability to explain things clearly and simply. No question was ever too much trouble, and she always took the time to make sure people understood what was needed and why. Her calm and approachable manner helped remove a lot of the fear and uncertainty that can sometimes come with audits, giving everyone more confidence in what they were doing.

This was my first experience of Citation ISO audit but Robert Crosby put me at ease immediately and went out of his way to ensure I understood everything clearly. I left the audit with a clear plan in my mind on next steps for maintaining our certification going forward.

Heavy on the selling and very little realistic support.
Started and finished the relationship within 12 months.

Had my first audit for a big new customer and although i'd not updated the monthly reviews and i admit that, the customer highlighted many missing requirements of the ISO9001 and 14001 and as such i failed my audit and thus never got the customer.
My 1st real audit.!! - Failed.
All within the 1st year of my new ISO's
Impressed ? Not a chance, Peeved to the point of screaming with anger - YES

The thing is, it wasn't about the cost, i needed something fit for purpose and Citation simply isn't that,
Citation - great at selling,
Citation - poor on what they say they do.

I've gone with a firm who did everything and yes it costs more but its so much more for a whole lot less hassle.

- Caron Axford was assigned to audit and gave us advance notice of documents she needed (our only suggestion is, that the provision of the documents should really have more time allocated).
- Emphasys IT provided these and Caron structured the audit to cover all 3 of the ISO we were working with, i.e. 9000, 27000 and 42000.
- Caron then engaged with us and discussed the coverage she sought.
- Caron gave good feedback and helpful information.
- All in all a positive engagement.

Just completed our first ISO9001 Annual Audit, with David Paige. Was put at ease at ease straight away regarding the process for the day. All went very well and Davids assistance, explanations and help was very much appreciated.

Just been through my ISO accreditation with Colin and the whole process was clear, comprehensive and really well explained. Colin is clearly knowledgeable and very helpful.

Our experience with Citation ended very poorly.

Our contracts for ISO-related services were terminated following an alleged non-payment issue. We later discovered that the notice said to have led to termination had been sent to an incorrect email address due to a typo, meaning we never received the communication or had a reasonable opportunity to respond before services were cancelled.

A termination fee was then pursued through solicitors, but the matter was later closed without court action.

What disappointed us most was the lack of willingness to properly engage with our concerns regarding the termination process. The overall handling of the situation felt unnecessarily adversarial and dismissive.

Based on our experience, we would not choose to work with Citation again.

It was great having Anthony lead us through our ISO 27001 annual audit review - he provided useful feedback and suggestions from improvement. The audit was conducted in a very professional manner and we were put at ease immediately by Anthony. His experience and understanding of our business was helpful throughout the process. We look forward to working with him again.

The auditor Kyle, took the time to go through everything in detail, and made suggestions to support the business. It was an in depth and clear audit. Very impressed

Robert Crosby is an exceptionally professional and considerate auditor, and I would say Mentor, as well. I value his input and advice and have no fear in asking him for help if I need it during the process.
