The whole experience was quite daunting at first but with the help of the Auditors Niki Henshel and Andrew Thomas who were very knowledgeable about the whole process and couldn’t of been nicer, always asking if I was unsure of anything and prepared to help in any way they could.

The consultation process with Simon to go through ISO 2700x was professional, friendly and accommodating. Calls were very lean and to-the-point, and I found the process very straight forward and manageable while carrying out the day-to-day responsibilities. A really good service.

The audit undertaken yesterday was helpful, informative and the auditor made it a pleasant experience.

We had our annual audit with Monika Zak over the course of the last 2 days - the whole process was exceptional, from the flexibility of booking to the audit itself, and the follow up communications.
Monika was professional yet friendly throughout, clearly a very knowledgeable member of the team, she guided us through everything with a high level of both confidence and competence. Time keeping was exceptional too. With staff members like Monika, we could not recommend Citation more highly.

Really friendly, approachable and knowledgeable auditor, who made sure that we understood the purpose of her questions and what she was looking for, for our annual 27001 audit.

She was very thorough in her approach but also sympathetic to the fact that it was new to us.
Although we understand our Industry well formulating the information in the Atlas platform needed navigation.

That's our 3rd year with Citation for our ISO 22000:2018 and we're still very pleased with the service. Cheryl Sheperd, our consultant for the annual visit has been again very kind, helpful, thorough and knowledgeable. Maintaining the system up to date with Atlas is quite easy.

Senior Consultant Andrew North was excellent. Our ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 review and assessment was made much easier thanks to his professionalism, patience, and personal touch. His supportive and knowledgeable approach made the entire process smooth and productive.

We had our ISO 14001 Environmental Audit today. Our Auditor Caron Axford was very good, made everything easy going and at a very good steady pace. Fully explained what evidence she was looking for and why. Would definately recommend her.

We have recently undergone the ISO27001 process, our consultant was Monika Zak, she was absolutely excellent, very informative, very supportive and explained everything in detail and in a very understandable way. Couldn't fault her, 10 out of 10.

Jenna Lawler held a great ISO 9001:2015 Re-certification Audit with us. The Audit was very thorough and the outcomes are very helpful for us to further improve our Quality Management System as well as understand how all clauses play into our QMS.

Right from the start of the consultation process, Simon Langston was a perfect fit for us. His knowledge of the processes was amazing and how he applied them to our real world situations was very helpful.
He took us through Atlas with a calm, logical approach and was really patient with us. Overall we found the experience to be thoroughly professional and the emphasis on how exactly the accreditation will benefit our business was very rewarding.

From start to finish the process is slick and efficient. The booking team are professional and always check in advance that the audit, which was booked some time ago, is still suitable for diaries. We need a minor adjustment and this was accommodated.
The auditor, Conrad, is skilled at what he does and demonstrates great depth of knowledge. He has an easy manner which ensures the audit flows smoothly, with informative and helpful dialogue, guidance and as necessary advice. The recommended outcome of the audit was communicated clearly and this was followed up with a timely audit report.
Thanks to the whole team for the end-to-end support.

Had my first 27001 Audit with Karen Knaggs yesterday. She was extremely helpful, calming and a brilliant auditor. Left the session with more knowledge than when we started. Absolutely fantastic!
