BE CAREFUL!

I got scammed by this company in a big way. My music got taken down by Spotify when they started cracking down on artificial streams and removing music. This happened to the songs Q music promoted for me. Q music got them on playlists that were completely botted. I found out through an independent playlist checker months after.

Do your homework people and check companies before you commit.

I ran analysis on artist.tools website and every playlist was flagged as possibly botted. Not impressed. I was foolish to believe that honest companies exist. Don't be fooled by this company.

Fake promotion, they use bots to increase Spotify streams! Pay for a promotion, the worst service, they even wont respond my emails.

The last two submissions, I’ve had 3 of 5 placements for the 50K reach package. I’ve liked what I’ve seen so far with m reach and numbers. Thanks Q Music!

I purchased a youtube campaign with them that did not go through and even thought I have sent them several emails telling them to refund me or to replace the services with another campaign, they ignore me and no longer reply. Customer service is not the best, after working with them for almost a year and being a good customer, I now strongly regret giving them a lot of my money because first of all, play-listing seems to me can be bots and when you start to complain or ask for an invoice they avoid you completely.

Not worth it. Paid almost $200 to get on only 3 playlists that aren’t even of quality and not much traction. I have paid way less on other sites that have been able to reach way more listeners and acquire ten times the amount of playlist placements. And when you try to email them about it they never reply back. Waste of time and money.

They put my song in big playlists.

Distribution Service. As a whole Q music is terrible. Their whole "promotion" is just bots which will end up getting your music removed off of Spotify. HOWEVER, if you're just using their music distribution platform, it is great. Quick and easy and I've been paid my share.. No hatred on that part.

Q Music Promotions is NOT a legitimate service. They're an artificial streaming BOT farm. We tested their Facebook ads service in May and June. Before giving an honest review, we thought we would wait three months later to see if the streams gained during the campaigns would be payable by Spotify through our distributor.

We were NOT paid for 28,383 streams we used their service for. Spotify and our distributor guarantee that the streams are artificial. Thankfully, our songs were not removed from Spotify. Once we read Erin Hasa updated review on 7/4/2023, we sent Q a memo to address the concerns of artificial streams, as well as the exact same issues that Erin was having with them. They NEVER responded after two attempts to reach out to them. They failed to submit proof of the last campaigns after numerous emails. The phone number they provide (888) 716-2117 is a dummy number that nobody answers. The number cannot be completed as dialed. The bad customer service in addition to the scam artificial service that they provide will get your music removed from Spotify. And if your music remains on the platform, you will NOT receive PAYABLE royalties for the streams.

Stay clear of Q Music Promotions. They are a BIG waste of time, effort, and money. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Giving them a 1 star is too much credit for a fake company providing a fake service. They are not legitimate. You would be better off learning Facebook/IG ads and running your own campaigns.

Tell me how this cannot be 100% bots -

I paid to have some promotion on YouTube of one of my music videos. It went from less than 500 views to over 15,500 but I did not get a single like and not one single comment. How is this possible if it is not bots? Not one single person of 15k could hit the thumbs up?

Before that, I paid for Spotify Playlist promotion and got great streaming numbers on the track itself, about 11k, and virtually no activity on my other tracks (got 8 streams on a track that went from 1,117 to 1,125 when that track was already gaining streams slowly.

I just thought this was the way it was, and was happy with 11k streams. But I didn't put everything together until after the YouTube promotion. I guess bots cannot even give a thumbs up?? If I'm wrong, tell me how.

I've asked them for my money back but so far silence. I just want them to give me my money back and I'll move on.
