never signed up for a subscription and have reached out to their listed info email multiple times but no response. this is absurd. They claim you can cancel by emailing or from the website login but there is no portal to cancel after logging in.

They keep charging my card and making…
They keep charging my card and making me have to get a new card and even used my new digital card without me even having received my new card in the mail, so now I have to get a THIRD card. I have never subscribed to this product EVER. And now I see reports of others that never subscribed but are being charged. (And it’s always late at night when we are asleep). I hope this place goes out of business or a class action lawsuit because you have no idea what a hassle it is to have to wait 7 days to use your card over a scammy website.
