There wasn’t a correct option to select in the initial form so I ended up with Dr. who said I had to go via a different route that necessitated a whole second booking

Just go to gp who could do bulk billing. Disappointed that what telehealth could do and couldn’t.

Honest Review.

More people should give their honest accounts.
If you're concerned with your health as a woman don't bother with this. I wanted a second opinion to discuss some results I recently received because I was concerned. I encountered dismissal and terrible professionalism.
I also waited 2 extra hours to be seen. Previously I have also had a terribly late certificate and a Dr dropping out mid call because they made their diagnosis within 5 minutes before I had a chance to even finish my sentence.
Expect a fast food service with zero empathy.
(Also for those interested in the heading and location of this. This site is not allowing me to adjust these details)

Rushed Consultation and Abruptly Ended Telehealth Call With No Follow-Up

I booked an urgent telehealth consultation with Qoctor and paid the additional priority fee expecting to speak with a doctor within about 15 minutes, but waited around 30 minutes before the consultation began.

During the call the doctor appeared rushed and repeatedly spoke over me while I was trying to explain the reason for my consultation. He then stated he could not hear me properly and that he would refresh the browser, after which he abruptly ended the video call and never reconnected.

I later received an email saying my request had been cancelled due to incomplete medical history. My concern is not about the outcome of the referral, but the unprofessional handling of the consultation and the lack of follow-up after the call was ended.
