Easy to use unhappy with doctor experience

It was more the doctor I used didn’t select my bloods to go to my health record, my usual doctor has not been able to get the results, I have called pathology after 2 weeks of waiting who said it will take 7 days for my health record, who takes the responsibility for my results? I can’t choose to rebook with that same doctor?? Where is the duty of care??

I only needed a script

I only needed a script. This was so hard to get it talk 3 messages to Qoctor to get the script to the chemist. Apparently they were having difficulty sending them through. More trouble than it was worth
