The Pros:
Sure, they're not the big-name hosts, but honestly? In my experience, whenever their support has time (which is around 60% of the day in my experience), they'll personally make sure everything's going smoothly. The support has personally been helpful in my experience, as someone who develops modpacks for Minecraft, having a good and affordable service is key to having a great experience with players and friends.

The Cons:
Yes, they're not a big-name host, so their staff team is small. There inevitably WILL be times where all of the staff are busy, and it'll take long durations before your concern is addressed. The only thing you can really do in this scenario is to be knowledgeable enough to fix things yourself, if you can.

I've edited this from 4 to 3 stars because their platform doesn't support *all* the versions on Minecraft. So, hosting a particular version of NeoForge, or heck, if you're not a developer or you're just playing someone else's modpack, you're fresh out of luck, as- and I quote- is "Beyond the scope of standard support."

If you're going to host with Qonzer, make sure everything you're using is supported, and if otherwise, rent elsewhere.

Yo this is one of the best servers i used for hosting ,i have been having ddos issues so i changed hosting service to theirs and was flabbergasted great anti-ddos and fast servers , players have noticed an increase in server stability after changing to them 5/5

The panel itself is horrible, and does not use the standard pterodactyl base. It’s slow to load, not very easy to understand, lacks basic options, and has a horrible server console. I would 100% never suggest using this, unless you are absolutely desperate for a server, since the only good thing about this host is the server’s power.

very slow service, I have waited 1 month for a dedicated server but it is still not available, after asking for a refund, my money was deducted very large more than 20 dollars, I also tried to buy a panel for the server, it is very strange that the panel is not friendly because it does not use pterodactyl
