When You Expect Exceptional Customer Service but Get Cold Indifference Instead

I chose QR Code Creator because it appeared to offer a free QR code service. After printing and distributing my QR code for a charity event, I discovered it would stop working unless I purchased an annual subscription.

I explained my situation to customer support and even offered to pay for a monthly plan, but they showed no flexibility or empathy. I understand policies exist, but great customer service is about helping people when it truly matters.

Unfortunately, this experience left me very disappointed, and I cannot recommend this service. Be sure to read the fine print before relying on it for anything important.

SCAM!

SCAM!! they created a new account and put fake reviews to take away the original account on trust pilot. they will renew your account without you asking after loring you in. DO NOT TRUST THEM! You will not get a refund and you will be charged again. They will not fix anything for you. Please report them to cyber fraud!!! FAKE FAKE FAKE

We love Culver’s

We love Culver’s, but the burgers were cold and we didn’t understand why we had to wait for them to be brought to our table if they were not made to order as we thought they were. The bread was stale , hard and dry.
Overall it was a good experience. Restaurant was clean, condiments were readily available and staff was friendly

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible. They dupe you by making it seem like monthly billing but charge you for a whole year. They have a zero refund policy. I hate these people. Don't go to them.
