Very professional teacher with enourmous experience. Stay at "conceptal change mgt" without tools etc as in an ADKAR training. Please pay attention that of the 8 students, 5 were coming for the same organisation working on the same project which handicaped a bit benchmark possibilities / share of bad/best practices with the other students

The instructor was experienced and knew what he was talking about. He knew the exam topics well enough to point out the right information at the right time helping you prepare for the exam while also explaining the material with personal examples to help you understand it.
