Do NOT buy a number from this website UNLESS you are from united states.

If you are from any other country, your number won’t work, all the other reviews are fake, and do you know what’s even worse? If you try to get a refund for your non working number, they literally will ignore you

This company is totally fraud. Recieved no OTP message, no refund to payment method, no following up emails. Piece of crap.

I too bought an Italian number like Adem (who wrote a review just an hour ago) and I didn't receive any SMS.
I immediately reported the number and contacted support but they kept blaming it on me because the messages appear right after they respond (I wonder why!!).

I sent them a video proving that the messages don't appear and then I sent them a screenshot after 5 hours but they stopped responding. I just wasted money on a broken number and they refuse to refund or at least apologize.

I paid for an American number in the past and it worked fine so I'm gonna give 2 stars out of 5.

I'll edit my review if they answer me and offer a refund.

EDIT (08/04/2026): I decided to give 1 star because they ghosted me multiple times after I showed them proof.

Very poor service. I purchased an Italian number for one week, but I did not receive any SMS during the first two days. On the third and fourth days, messages were delayed by nearly 12 hours, and customer support has stopped responding. This is completely unacceptable.

Don't know why there's so many good reviews, contacted support for broken number, less than 17 hours now and it expires, zero contact from support. No refunds.

I would not trust the good reviews here, it's why I bought in the first place, probably fake/bot reviews

Very poor customer support. I made the payment just before my number was about to expire, but it was not updated in their system, and my number was still lost. I have submitted four support tickets with no response, and I also sent a direct email to their support team but received no reply.

Nothing works. The password you set for your account stops working after just a few hours. The “Reset Password” function doesn’t work either, so you’re forced to contact support. And guess what? The Contact page doesn’t function properly either. All these positive reviews seem to me to be done by the SEO guy.
