I ordered 3 pairs of sketchers in July 2023 can’t contact company as no one responds, plus no refund, has anyone else had this issue with this company. I just want my money back as never ever received the products.

Do not online order from this company! They use reputable Vendors such as DOLLAR GENERAL, SHEIN, and many other companies you trust to get you to order on their fake sites. You should only use sites that have actual apps to order from. Read reviews Quakei.com and you will see that many people have also been scammed. Their order confirmation looks legit all the way through the delivery date but you never get your packages. To get your money back immediately call you credit card company to report this fraudulent company and hopefully get your money returned knowing that your card will be closed and cc and will be reissued. I know this will be annoying but the only get these crooks closed down

I have placed my order since August.
They keep sending me a tracking number that is not valid! I am still waiting for my refund! It is over 3 months that they have confirmed that they will send me my money...

I ordered several items from Shein on 3rd October 2023. No good arrived I have sent 36 mail and the only response I get is a computer generated mail apologising and asking me to be patient that my order is in transit. I think 6 months is over excessive. Obviously thus is a huge SCAM. Facebook dhould take them off line forever.

I ordered several items of clothing for my wife from SHNFIT WINTER SALE at shfim.com. According to the order summary, the goods were supposed to arrive in 3-5 days via DHL standard shipping. When they didn't arrive, I emailed customer service at quakei.com, as instructed on the shfim.com website, where SHNFIT now calls itself SHEIN.

Unfortunately, however, the responses I have received from quakei.com have been anything but helpful: just repeated assurances that the goods are on their way, along with requests for patience. It is now April 2, over six weeks since the goods were ordered on February 16, 2024 and it is becoming increasingly obvious that we are not going to receive them.

This is clearly a scam operation and the websites mentioned above should be avoided at all costs.

This is a definite scam - there are no goods and they will just fob you off until you give up and stop. Lodge a dispute with your bank so a) you get your money back and b) your bank will follow up with their bank and we will hopefully get them shut down.

These people advertised as SHEIN. Placed my order in Jan 2024. Never received anything. Took it up with my bank and opened a fraud case.Ordered through facebook, they should be responsible because they allow false advertising and allow people to be screwed out of their hard earned money!!

Been texting this company for months and keep getting the same response. Fed up so chalk it up to my stupidity. Have learned to vet companies before I buy.

I ordered my clother on November - i still don't have it. I wrote three times to the Customer Service and they asked me for patient.

Scam company .ordered clothes ,not delivered . Customer service just tells me to use track17 for my order

no shipping information......no product. TOTAL SCAM
no response to emails!

Ordered goods early October 2023. Goods delivered to an address in San Miguel Island. No idea why as not even close to order or requested delivery. Frequent email queries answered only with goods have been delivered as perctracking info. This is their latest ridiculous response

Total and utter scam company and no way of getting payment refunded.

Placed order early December 2023.
Got a tracking number and thereafter I traced the tracking and said it was delivered 27.12.2023 and since then sent numerous emails and the respond from them is that will follow up, sorry for inconvenience and then will refund me (past 2 weeks mails back and forth) but NO luck!!!
These f*&@ people / account / advertisement need to be closed and reported on ALL Social Media platforms.

Absolute SCAM ! You think you are ordering from SHEIN but you are not - Check very carefully - make sure you order on the SHEIN App.
I ordered stuff, the tracking company TRACK 718 says parcel delivered. There is no satisfactory response from Quakei at all - they just give you the run around. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER !!!!

I was scammed, ordered from SHEIN on Facebook and no order ever arrived. Customer service on the invoice directed me a quakei email address. They have been communicating with me but cannot provide proof od delivery. The say I should go to my nearest post office and insist on receiving my package, Absolutely furious!!! thieves. SCAMMERS!!!
