ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED total scam - said it was delivered to an address that wasnt even a place, have emailed constantly but no response. I wish I had of read these reviews before ordering. Thought I was ordering from Shein. The site must of diverted when i placed order.

This company is a total scam for sure. Ordered a jacket in August, which was then being shipped from China. Then after 8-9 weeks the tracking showed that it was delivered, but not to me in UK. God knows where to !! I asked for a refund and they said we have sent another product, which i never wanted. How can we block these people and get them prosecuted??

I'm not sure this company isn't just a scam. I ordered Skechers shoe in July. They said wait, then the tracker showed that my order was delivered. but also that it had gone to a different address. When I complained they said they would look into it and get back to me. I contacted them again after a month, 6 weeks etc to ask for some shoes or full refund. They keep saying they will look into it & get back to me. I'm still waiting.

This is fake website and they stole my money never ever buy from them.

These people are the biggest scammers they using other people's website the tracking number could not be traced by my local post office they said delivered but not the address I provided I've learned the hard way be careful people when something is very cheap it's normally a scam

Yep agree with everyone - total scam - email re delivery went to my junk mail didn't see it for a few days, have a tracking number that said it was delivered (incorrect postcode on delivery details) and by then too late for the bank to recall the payment.

Lesson learnt for sure!

I thought I was buying from Shein, this was on the 4th of October, received tracking number, I was updated regarding everything, then it said your package was successfully delivered that was 10 days ago, to date nothing.
I can kick myself for being so naive, I honestly thought I was buying from Shein.
I have reported the incident to my Financial Institution who have opened up a fraud case, I just hope the transactions will be reversed.
These criminals need to be immediately stopped.

I’m usually on my A game, regarding scammers. I thought I was ordering from Shein and I haven’t received anything but the run around.
After further searching online, I realized this was a fake company. I disputed immediately. I am waiting to be refunded by my financial institution.

Ordered goods through Bdfwer and quakei are supposed to be customer service, although they replied to every e mail I still could not get any info on delivery company, supposed to have re sent goods but still never arrived. 2 months on still no goods. Total con artists.

I don't want to give any stars at all....total fake company. I have been emailing since late July for my order of sketcher footwear. Gave me a fake tracking number and then said it had been delivered but would not give me any proof. I keep emailing but just get crap from this company.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT ALL

I shopped on luvmehair. Which is a legit hair shop but then waited weeks for no product delivery and I emailed customerservice @quakei.com which was the email address on the website. They responded to inform me my package was still in transit. I tried to go on the website but it no longer exists. I have now done my research and I'm sure I won't get my money back as these people are certified scammers.
QUAKEI GIMMIE BACK MY £150

I ordered on the 9th September. Got hold of customer service at Quakei and she came back with a tracking number - I went to the 17Track tracker and it tells me my order has already been delivered to PRETORIA - my address is 120 kms away from Pretoria!! I've asked my bank to get my money back. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!!!

I thought I am purchasing from Shein . Received a tracking advising that it was delivered only to not receive anything at all !
It was a Shein site when I filled my basket and also took me on the Shein site to the check out but as per explanation on scammers Quakei site

I read all the reviews I had no idea but they explain it in full as to how we are scammed on the below Quakei site

we losers and our money is just gone and also no delivery ! Its my first time buying from Shein but their order numbers are different also all details disappeared after payment made , I have no one that shows any interest i assisting .received a mail from Shein but thats investigating but forwarded all the details I could and waiting to hear I guess it will be the same as your answer at the end just being a loser of our monies
What a horrible experience ! i ordered a lot of christmas gifts . clothing , bedding and I guess the scams are attracting us with huge discounts and vouchers but I believe the adds for clothing are all copies from various sites.Its unbelievable the way the process feels and looks very legist whilst filling the basket and the immediate reduction as the order is increased eventually up to a certain amount @ 50% discounted and no shipping , by that time one is very excited for ones good buy that you eagerly checking out and paying. Nothing indicated or alert to show .

I think Shein needs to have more contacts/ clear confirmatio netc. thats if they want to keep their business legit and the ir brand protected !

I am another Sketchers customer who has been ripped off by these scammers. The company might want to take some action to protect their label from being used dishonestly.

UNFORTUNATELY BY THEN I HAD PAID THROUGH MY BANK .I RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER AND LOOKED THE SITE UP WHICH WAS TRACK718 THIS WAS ALSO A SCAMMING SITE .IT WILL SEND YOU FALSE INFORMATION TELLING YOU YOUR GOODS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED ETC.
I HAVE SPENT A LONG TIME ON THE PHONE WITH MY BANK THIS MORNING TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED, THEY HAVE REFUNDED STRAIGHT AWAY PENDING THAT I DO NOT RECEIVE THE GOODS .WHEN YOU PHONE YOUR BANK HAVE ALL YOUR INFORMATION READY INCLUDING WHAT YOU ORDERED THEY NEED TO KNOW EVERYTHING .DONT LET THIS SCUM TAKE YOUR MONEY PHONE YOUR BANK STRAIGHT AWAY AND GET IT SORTED

I bought and paid for eving dresses as i thought it was from SHEIN. The tracking number provided is fake. Must just get over my loss and move on. Stay away ladies.

3 pairs of Skechers ordered and paid for 6 weeks ago. Enquiries to email ignored. Zero hope of getting anything from them. They are complete scammers you may as well toss your hard earned dollars into the wind 0 stars should be an option. I’ll never buy from anyone who doesn’t have PayPal again.
