Not sure about the Quality Control…
Not sure about the Quality Control here. I bought two shirts which were meant to be the same size. One fitted perfectly (which I kept) and the other was at least two sizes too big (which I had to return). As the fault was not mine, but theirs, I object to having to pay return postage for returning something that was so obviously wrong.
2 Oct 2024 - In response to Quality Brands answer .... Funnily enough the blue Size 14 shirt (MS0220_Mid Blue_14) which was labelled "oversized" fitted perfectly; the other size 14 shirt (MS0212_Orange_14) was not labelled "oversized" but in reality was more of a size 18/20. This is why I'm annoyed. I understand the word "oversized" but the yellow/orange shirt (MS0212_Orange_14) was not described as such and therefore it should have fitted me. There is something very amiss with either your sizing or your descriptions

The two items you purchased, are different styles, despite being both from the same make, they are oversized shirts and therefore the sizes are slightly different. It is not because of the quality control of the item, but because they are different styles.

Ordered sea salt dress in regular…
Ordered sea salt dress in regular length, but received longer length option. Contacted customer service as I was not happy to pay for return postage for mistake that was not mine. I was asked to send photo of issue with dress. As the label was blacked out, I didn’t see how photo could show what length the dress was. Explained this in return email. Decided to return item at my own expense and never to order anything from this company again. Received email with link to print paid returns label, which is what should have happened when I first emailed. By this time I had lost will to live and had returned at my own expense. Dress also had unpleasant smell, but would have washed had it been correct size that I ordered.

we are sorry to read your review. We tried really hard to resolve the problem, asking for a photo at the beginning is standard practice and was not meant to cause offence however you took it badly and we were not able to turn this around as you had taken maor objection to being asked to send a photo.
We offered a postage paid collection and a replacement but nothing would now help change your mind about the situation. We always want to give excellent customer service which is why sometimes a photo can help us to resolve things quicker or smoother.
We're not sure about the item having a smell as we've not received it back yet, however, we've sold 100's of this style and not had this feedback before and have also checked the stock in our warehouse and it is all 100% perfect. We operate from a modern and heated warehouse facility so we are unsure of the validity of this comment. (until we receive the garment).
Finally, we do apologise again for any inconvenience.
