Birthday present for my wife that arrived promptly, it was very reasonably priced with free delivery, hoping she likes it

Ordered pair of size 10 jeansSent pair of size 12 jeans with size blanked out. Tried emailing just bounced back as undeliverable. Tried Facebook messenger had reply saying was 10 with waist size 27 inches. Asked me to measure, this I did was 29inches ie size 12. Replied to this fact and have had no subsequent reply. Have waited 3 days before giving this review.

Bought a dress for my daughter for work which looks like a second. It had pulls on the body and the piping has a defect. I emailed the email given, no response. I rang and left a message with all the details and no contact. All she wanted was an exchange for the same one without the issues.

I ordered a size 8 (the tags said size 8) but the jeans that arrived were huge with a waist of 30 inches. However once I contacted the customer services they were quick to send out a returns bag and another pair. It was all very efficient and timely.

Tried all the stores and all out of stock of the items i wanted and there the items were on the quality brands outlet. One click and all ordered and delivery was speedy. Items where cheaper than in the original store, delivery excellent and one happy customer thank you.

I purchased a Carhartt WIP jacket reassured that I was purchasing a genuine item at a great price considering how expensive Carhartt items are usually. Upon receiving the item I was initially sceptical about the quality, but again believed I was purchasing from a reputable organisation. I didn't wear the jacket much at first, however it is now clear to me from the quality of the garment, and from seeing other genuine jackets of the same style that this is not a genuine Carhartt product. I have contacted Quality Brands but they have not responded to my emails.

Looking at the image of the trousers on the model on the website, it didn't look high rise, but I chose to make excuses for the company, convincing myself that it may have been the angle of the shot. I tried on the trousers and surprise surprise they are at best mid-rise or somewhere between low and mid! Also, it was jeans design + stitches but the fabric isn't denim.
Positives: 1. The product arrived on time. 2. The colour was true to description.
