Honestly, I was very impressed with the quality because I had read some bad reviews by others and was very hesitant but after trying it myself I am glad I purchased from them.

Wrong item received! Not happy at all!

First time ordered they took little longer to deliver but this time i waited more than a week and still they are asking me to pay extra delivery charges. As i already paid for delivery charges while checkout. I don’t understand What kind of service they providing. Thanks for wasting my time.

I ordered some plates for a party searched high and low for them. Found them with this company.
Received parcel quickly completely the wrong plates. When I queried they told me they ran out of stock and sent a replacement I could have bought the ones they sent anywhere.
Then said 10% of my next order.
Who cares the plates are wrong and I am unhappy.
How can I feel confident to use them again? Will the same thing happen as they were not out of stock online when I ordered them.

This is my "go to" company for high quality Indian Groceries. They are dealing in fast moving - often perishable - consumer goods and their catalogue is immense.

The items are delivered within a few days by a reliable carrier carefully packed in a box designed to stand the rigours of the white van.

With such a range it is not surprising that there are occasional 'stock outs". but the monies for these are always rapidly credited back to my card.

Roughly speaking I place one order a month with this company and they are a pleasure to deal with

Probably the worst online shopping experience I have ever had, if I could give 0 stars I would.

I selected items, placed my order and then could not change from in store collection to delivery. I got an email confirming my order with a shipping address, no tracking details provided. The email said that my order was being readied but since then 5 days later nothing. I had 2 subsequent emails telling me my shopping cart is about to expire, I clicked on the link and of course there is nothing in my cart. Someone needs to sort this mess out.

Ordered on Saturday everything was delivered on Tuesday.

Took slightly longer to arrive than expected. Everything was separately packed inside the box so no risk if spillage if breakage. I haven’t tried anything yet but I don’t expect to be disappointed. I am so far pleased with everything

Have a display of big mangoes in the site but delivered small tiny mangoes it was quite embarassing.

First order with Quality Foods as their items were a reasonable price compared to others. Easy ordering and delivery was quick and efficient. Would definitely order from them again.

Very good company, ordered on Fri, 18 Nov was delivered on Mon, 21 Nov. Couple of issues however,

One: The delivery driver left the parcel outside my door without knocking or anything. (Not QFO's fault)

Two: One of the products I ordered in a glass bottle was leaking, though the company did bubble wrap it and so it didn't leak on anything else except itself.

Overall extremely satisfied, fair prices, great products.

The delivery take so long three days plus. So most of the green vegetables were rotten. Although the packed very nicely still it didn’t not work

I was looking for Chilli powder. Found Quality foods online on line. Ordered 2 x 1 kg bags at a great price and. Fast delivery. I would definitely buy from again
