Very impressed with not only the goods I`ve bought, but also the service from the staff. For my first order, there was a bit of a mix up with 2 items, but this was rectified very quickly indeed - very impressed.
All the spices I`ve bought look & smell fresh; the curry leaves are something else! Compared to the sorry packets you can buy from a large supermarket, the curry leaves supplied by Quality Foods Online are absolutely fantastic. I`m definitely going to be using QFO again.

It was easy enough to place the order. Packed nicely. Delivered in a timely fashion.
Couldn’t track my parcel that was the only issue.

Always happy with the service, delivery and packaging but some time I feel let down due to product shortage.

It was a challenging experience as you are not advised of delivery date, just informed by email a couple of hours prior to delivery, which makes it difficult to plan any day. Items were delivered six days after order was placed. Suboptimal delivery service since broken, opened boxes were left in front of the house, despite people being home. No one rang the door bell. I am sure the service can only be improved. Thank you.

Let down by DHL. I was initially impressed with this company. I contacted them when my items were not delivered to my door. I contacted Quailty Foods Online no response. I contacted DHL who said they would send the driver back to show me where he had delivered my items, that didn’t happen. So rather than Where’s Walley, where’s my delivery? I paid for delivery to my door. I have CCTV and no one came to my door nor did anyone ring my door bell.
DHL set me a picture of two boxes against a brick wall!! It could be anywhere. Dear me, ditch DHL and I’m sure Quality Foods is excellent but delivery is very poor. I wouldn’t recommend and won’t use again as they have not responded to my emails. Where’s my order???

I had ordered Basmati Rice and Quality food sent the item via DPD but DPD left the parcel outside the flat without being informed. My parcel got missing and Quality food didn’t even refund the money. This is so bad. I requested Quality food to take action but they didn’t take any action for me. I lost my money.

No complaints with products, but delivery partners are very careless, they left my parcel outside the door in rain and the whole carton box is torn and all the products are wet and muddy! It was pathetic!

Easy to place order, reliable everything nicely packed, including the frozen food.

Reliable, and trustworthy. 3rd time i have used them. They deliver it when they say. Refunds are issued automatically on items not in stock.

I was very pleased with my order, finding all I needed in one place and the great service and assistance as my shipment then headed over seas. I also had great help, quick replies and action from supporting crew adding in products after finishing the order. Thank you I look forward to shop again!

This time my experience with quality food is very poor. Zero communication and Poor service Allowing a customer to order a product that is not in stock and still not communicate to the customer and deliver what they have. Quite bad. They charged £35 shipping charges and didn’t even send all the items even they didn’t bother to inform the customer and refund the money. Poor quality food now.
