The customer service was great (using email), and the shipping was very fast also to my location, outside of the UK. Beach towels are thinner than a bath towel as a thin towel is easier to dry and lighter to pack into a bag.
A beach towel is typically larger than a bath towel which also makes the lightness of the towel even more important.
The towels should not shrink if the correct washing instructions are followed and it is a good idea to air dry the towels instead of using a tumble drier as there will be less exposure to heat.
There are ways to reverse the shrinkage of a towel which can be found online which may help to return the towels to the correct size.
