I highly recommend Quayside Plumbing. Paul has helped me out on three different occasions with various issues in my flat. One problem was extremely complex and involved a leak from my flat into the flat below which was very difficult to locate but Paul found it and resolved the issue. He is extremely knowledgeable and reliable and aside from being excellent at his job, is a thoroughly decent and nice person!

The plumbers contacted us promptly, when advised by our Heat Pump Engineer. They came and assessed the problem in detail, the appropriate parts were then obtained and fitted on return in the same day. First class in all respects of their work ethic. Would engage again.

Just had an emergency with hot water to tap. Called Bruce at Quayside this morning at 09.00. By 3pm, Darren and William had called and repaired the fault. We were very impressed with prompt response and also the quality of the repair. A very professional job and has been done that makes our utility safer and usable again in a very short time. poor customer service let down too many times. have had another firm into finish of work that was agreed and they picked up on work which hasnt been completed properly, may as well rip up the 1 year workmanship guarantee. Never any apoligies, just excuse after excuse.

Unfortunately from time to time and more importantly, sadly, we will come up against a customer that has other perceptions of our own good ethics of trading.
It is with regret that in this instance we were not able to satisfy this customer's agenda.

Very friendly and efficient service, installing a good quality product. Informed us fully on the work required which was duly carried out, including removal of redundant tanks etc. There was no problem at all when we requested a few extra jobs to be done at the same time. Would definitely use again.

Full boiler removal and installation done by two lovely guys. They kept me fully updated with everything they were doing and time scales etc. Very personal service received throughout. They even reduced the total cost because they didn’t have to do as much as originally planned. Also cleaned up after themselves and took all the old bits away. Highly recommend Quayside plumbing and heating.

Removed our old hot water tank and fitted a new sealed, mains pressure unit in the airing cupboard. From start to finish both Bruce and the lads doing the work were informative and helpful from the beginning, advising me on what to have fitted. Installed in just over a day, clean and tidy throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Would not hesitate in recommending Bruce and Quayside Plumbing *****

Call was answered quickly and politely. A date and time was agreed. On the day, engineer arrived within the agreed time. He explained to me what works he was going to carry out and showed me the positioning of the valve taps underneath the boiler (recent low water pressure in the area had caused problems). Our boiler stopped working displaying an F2 code. Within the hour we had someone call to sort it out. Top service and excellent communication. Boiler sorted out and hot water running again.we have used this company a few times now and thourghly recommend them
