Qudent have provided me with three PT-B Woodpecker air polisher units. They have worked really well compared to our previous units supplied elsewhere which suffered with all sorts of problems and hindered us as a practice trying to change our hygiene routines. Qudent offers a decent range of products and helpful customer service. Chantelle was responsive and supportive during my purchase, providing timely updates. However, there were some initial issues with product functionality that required extra effort to resolve. Delivery is fast, and the products are good quality overall. A mixed experience, but manageable.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Very proactive. We had to send back a flowspray unit for repair and they then promptly sent all the labels. After sending the unit back, they called back within a few days to offer us a free replacement.
