Really happy with the tap and boiler. The style is exactly the finish I was after and looks very good. Quality is good and all works as expected. The process to order was smooth and Sean was very helpful guiding me through the process to get the right unit. Delivery was fast. All in all I would recommend Aqua Taps.

We bought our 3 in 1 Aquatap 2 years ago. We’ve been very happy with the tap. We recently moved house and we took it with us to our new home! Joanne was very helpful in advising me on how to change our address on my account and to re-instate our filter subscription. Great customer service and great products at reasonable prices!

I’ve had the Ultra Plus 4in1 tap about 6 weeks and I’m very pleased with it. My wife has bad arthritis in her hands and fingers and she can use the tap without any problems, before she could not lift a kettle safely. Aquataps were very helpful with the purchase and responded very quickly with an installation issue that I had. I wish I had purchased this tap along time ago. Than you Aquataps for making every day tasks easier.

The tap is good however the flow is not great as a normal tap due to the extensive pipe /filtering etc
The boiling water tap is great and works well but it’s slightly dangerous as sometimes holds boiling water in the tap after using which has caused a few burns and usually need to keep it running to get rid of this. Another issue is the boiling water can run out quickly and then takes time to reboot /refill not sure if a kettle would be quicker.
The other issue is the company require you to enrol on a filter faucet system to uphold the warranty which is unfair and feels like a scam

Amount of water in tank suits us but if had choice would have had the larger option.

Great product and installed on time, however, the dimensions required to fit under the sink are more than those stated on the website by at least 10 cm, as you need to allow for tubing to be connected at the back of the unit. With some re-plumbing and an alternative orientation of the unit, the fitter did a great job completing the installation with very little space to spare.

After using the hot tap, there is hot water in the spout. Its quite common for someone in the house to use the cold water next and burn themselves when the residual hot water comes out. I suspect that's unavoidable unless you install one of the alternatives that come with a seperate hot water and regular water tap, although I don't remember having the same issue with a previous Grohe which also had a shared tap.

It worked well for a while, but I bought it in Jan 2025, as of today, 16 May 2026, so less than 18 months on, the hot water has slowed to a trickle. That's probably limescale in the boiler but I have had a filter subscription so I change the filter every 6 months as soon as they arrive and confirmed when I built it that I was getting the hard water filters.

The reason I gave a 3 rather than a 2 star review is because Aquataps do actually offer a 2 year warranty. The problem is I can't find my warranty and they say its void if you don't register within 30 days of purchase so I guess if I'd kept the warranty they may have replaced it, but I think companies insisting you register separately for the warranty after they collect all your details for a sale is a convenient way to get out of the warranty for a large number of customers. Either way I've found myself having to order and install a different tap at considerable expense.

I ordered CO2 bottles for my daughters 5 in 1. Joanne called me to check the order and to ensure I had made the correct purchase. (I have 4 in 1). Turned out not to be the case and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in providing me with the information I need to obtain the correct product and where from. Blue screw top.
Refund was immediately actioned. Great service.
