How this company uses Trustpilot

My wife called and paid their $100 fee in the hope of getting a simple comfort med like Clonidine to help with in the final stage of a withdrawal issue. Their "doctor" instead wanted to putting her on a years long program of Suboxone. She told us that's the only thing that they do. It seems extremely irresponsible to refuse to help with a one to two week process by insisting that she take on a new long term addiction. I therefore think that this is merely a business model that is base on the opposite of actually helping people but rather binding patients to them for years.

The professionalism of this company is what sets it apart from other similar websites, in addition to the low costs. They have highly qualified doctors on staff, with plenty of appointments available to discuss and start your weight-loss journey. They recommend which specific weight-loss medication will work best for your needs, and they make a full assessment of your health without you ever having to leave your house.
The low costs of the name-brand drugs are a bonus with no issues like some of the compounding pharmacies. I highly recommend QuickMD!

Literally have over 30 emails trying to get help on a Mounjaro script that was shipped from the UK to FL....yes, the UK. Initial script had the wrong dosage so it took several emails to even get a response. 3 weeks ago was told a new package with the correct dosage would be sent, but was then told there was an "unexpected audit of the partner pharmacy" causing a delay.
In the meantime to original script arrived in a smoking hot box. There was styrofoam and what was once icepacks in the box but nearly impossible to ship from the UK to FL, where it's been in the high 90's, and expect the product to still be cool. It was significantly warmer than room temperature creating a increase risk of bacteria contamination.

I used Quick MD from 2021 until 2024 when they tragically decided my state was no longer worthy of their services. It wasn’t until I had to wrestle my way through the circus of finding a new provider that I realized Quick MD is basically he unicorn of telehealth so rare I thought it was a myth my someone made up to mess with me..I'll admit I was bitter when they stopped serving my previous state, but since the state is the worst in the nation, hence moving, I've move. on and back to Quick Md.
So when I relocated for work and transferring all my provider, I was so relieved I could finally use them again, and let me tell you my stress levels dropped faster than my patience with other providers who don't understand the concept of allowing online appointment booking..No I will never call as it's not 1990 much less have 3-4 visits a week just to get care..That's an absurd and insane concept, because people have like you know...jobs? Quick Md have prices that are Ridiculously affordable. In fact if you're seeking SUD treatment, one could argue treatment is probably cheaper than your street pharmacy...Quick Md has literally eliminated EVERY excuse to get sober..If anyone remembers 2018 where SU treatment was $500 a visit and RX was another $350..yeah those days are gone and with the current epidemic which could cost someone their life, you literally have no excuse not to use Quick MD...In fact they’re so reasonable that using my private insurance (which somehow in network provider manage to bill almost $1,000 for the same thing) feels like setting money on fire for fun..well not really but it's much cheaper than using an in network doctor...and it eliminates dealing with insurance companies..WIN WIN
Their platform and app is the best I've ever seen from a user perspective.... You can update medical records, upload labs, schedule appointments basically everything you need to do except going to the pharmacy (hint hint) . I’ve seen multiple Quick MD providers over the years and never not once had a bad experience or even a semi bad experience... If there was ever a hiccup, which I can't ever recall having a problem, maybe a RX prior authroization it was fixed faster than you can say “insurance claim denied.” These doctors actually listen and work with your treatment goals, which is a refreshing change from the here’s a generic treatment as they treat you with suspected caution and see you as a junkie approach I’ve gotten elsewhere.
Scheduling is where Quick MD leaves other telehealth companies in the dust. Instead of sending an email into a black hole and waiting days (or weeks) for a reply, I can usually book an appointment within hours. And get this my favorite part is you actually see a doctor. Not a nurse. Not a PA. Not your cousin who watches a lot of Grey’s Anatomy. An actual MD who went through medical school and knows their stuff. Sadly, that’s a rare luxury in the telehealth world. No offense to the wanna be doctors but it's sorta like the difference between a security guard and Police officer...
Of course they follow the state guidelines without making you feel like you’re trapped in medical red tape. But even if you live in the worst state who want everything except a kidney, Quick MD knows the ropes and try to make it as seamless as possible..For instance My state requires regular urinalysis with pretty much ever provider I see for MH related issues, , and Quick MD gives you the choice of having a kit sent to your home or calling it in to a local lab. Since they’re out-of-network for my insurance, my labs aren’t covered unless my PCM orders them. Thankfully, she’s on board with my Quick MD care plan and Quick MDs platform allows me to easily upload the labs so it’s all seamless.
Bottom line: Quick MD is the Telehealth platform for patients...Their competitors just try.. Quick MD is fast, affordable, professional, and staffed with doctors who actually care. If you’re tired of feeling like a number in a waiting room or like your virtual visit was conducted by someone Googling symptoms on their lunch break give Quick MD a try.

Hi, I just wanted to do this review really quick because I had a good experience with the app! It was easy to use, I was able to find everything right away without searching. I have nothing but good things to say about the program offered and the Doctor I spoke with was very professional and kind. I highly recommend this app and service provided to anyone who may be curious. Thank you Quick MD!

Cheapest GLP1 medications in the US with Ozempic and Mounjaro available. No subscription required. Ordering is fast and pricing is transparent. Payment is simple and registration with Facebook or Google is easy. The process is quick from start to finish.

There are various options available and in stock! I've been looking for a company that has Ozempic continuously in stock.

They billed my credit card $649.00 for weight loss medication and never shipped it. They are possible to contact no phone number and their chat. Will keep you on hold for well over an hour with no answers. I have sent over 10 emails with no answer and no medication so right now I’ve been ripped off almost $650 I guess my next step is to contact my bank and report them for fraud.

My experience with this has been wonderful so far. One of the easiest ways to get my prescription. I will definitely be using this from now on.

I was just browsing around, curious about options for weight management, and I stumbled upon Quick.md's page for Ozempic and Wegovy prescriptions. And honestly, I have to say, I was really pleasantly surprised!
It’s just so straightforward and, well, easy. As a woman who juggles a lot, the idea of getting a prescription through a quick online consultation for just $75, without even needing insurance for that part, is such a breath of fresh air. They make it really clear how the process works – fill out a form, chat with a licensed provider, and then the prescription goes right to your pharmacy. No fuss, no long waits, which is a huge deal when you're trying to take charge of your health.
I also really appreciated that they talk about the compounded GLP-1 options. It shows they're thinking about real people and real budgets, which is so important with these medications. It feels like a genuine, supportive approach to getting the help you need. Definitely worth checking out if you've been considering these treatments!

As a college student, QuickMD has honestly been a lifesaver. I don’t have a lot of free time between classes and work, so being able to talk to a doctor online without having to leave campus is amazing. I used the service for weight loss support, and the process was way easier than I expected. The doctor was really understanding and didn’t make me feel judged or uncomfortable at all. Everything was explained clearly, and I got my prescription fast. The app is easy to use, and the whole experience just felt super straightforward and stress-free. Would definitely recommend it to other students or anyone with a busy schedule!

Easy to you, quick and simple. Like that I can submit it to my insurance company, and if they won’t accept it, it still won’t cost me an astronomical price.

The quick MD website was so easy to use and navigate, it makes the experience of finding a doctor and getting help online so easy! Being able to see all of the options offered, some pricing options and being able to choose how much you want to lose really makes this an awesome option for people that want help in the comfort of their homes

To be honest if you do not live in the state that the doctor your seeing is in its going to make it impossible to get your prescption filled . I had a appoinment 3 weeks ago and still have not got a prescription. There response time for customer service is generally about a half a day the doctor was nice seemed like he really wanted to help me wish there was a direct line to the doctors office.
