Just small business with no much transaction to record so I don’t have any problem so far. But I know if I got more transactions, there will be a charge about £70 a year? It’s seem a little bit too expensive

Simple to use and great for small businesses.

I like the simplicity for me. I run a small business and need the invoicing side to work efficiently- which it does. I have been able to adapt the template so it is personal to my business too. The different reports that are available are also helpful for keeping on top of the accounts.

Simple, easy to use. Have used other packages in a previous life so can't really comment on the transition from paper to computer

QuickFile has been a lifesaver for me as a sole proprietor that invoices in foreign currencies. It’s the only free accounting software I’ve found that offers multi currency support and it’s very easy to set up. The user interface is also intuitive and the accounting highly customisable.

It's a really user-friendly software. I mostly use it for VAT returns and it has made my business run smoother and given it structure. I use it for all my businesses.

The important thing for me is a system that is easy for a non accountant to understand and use. Quickfile does that.

I have been using Quickfile now for 11 months and so far my experience with it has been excellent. Its easy to use and most answers to any queries can be found either on the site or on the web.
