I established my LTD company in just one day, and a few weeks later, I realised that while Excel is great for many tasks, proper accounting really requires specialised software.

I came across QuickFile, and what impressed me most was how easy it was to get started — and for free!

It truly lives up to its name: quick to set up, and simple to use. Even if you're not an accountant, the interface is intuitive and user-friendly. I genuinely appreciate the developers for creating such a practical and accessible solution. I'm really enjoying using QuickFile for my accounting needs.

I love QuickFile - and I'm not a finance/maths person. I've found it so much easier to use than other accounting programs and it's been very good for sending official invoices to my larger contracts. There's a bit of a learning curve but it integrates with my other software easily and I can't imagine going to something else. 10/10.

I have been working with QuickFile for 3+ years now for two small businesses, and fully recommend them. While not as flashy /full of fuctionalities as other software, it is more than enough for most small businesses (and probably also for medium-larger businesses, but that is not make case); their client service in particular is very personal (no useless bots), which I really appreciate.

QuickFile accounting software is, in fact, amazing. I do bookkeeping for Ltd Companies and as a volunteer treasurer for a charity. Since my clients use different software I have experience of other (more expensive) packages too. QuickFile is by far the easiest to use and as inexpensive as you can get for BK software. The community help forums have been so helpful and always had the answers to my queries. It does not do payroll but I would always use a separate payroll provider anyway, never through my BK software. QuickFile integrates with payroll packages if needed. I've nothing bad to say about it.

I use the software to run a small not-for profit organisation. Although I have experience with various professional software packages I chose this as its online and so can be accessed from anywhere and cost effective for a small organisation.

The functionality is great, easily as good as other more expensive packages, and its very intuitive to use. I have even started using the bank import and automatic reconciliation process which saves hours of work.

QuickFile is a great system that is very easy to use and understand. The knowledge base Q&A is also brilliant with the tutorials if you get stuck

I'm using quick file from about a year now, and it is very useful. I don't have any comparison yet with other accounting software, but I think that it is enough for what I need it for now.
It simple in use, and it's great that it is free for up to 1000 entries, but there still are some things that could be improved.
Also I'm not sure if there are different 'categories' in other software but sometimes I struggle to find a category to fit in my purchase.

It's great that I can add pictures to the entry, so I keep my invoices organised and it's easy to calculate income and expenses.

In the overall I recommend it, especially for start-ups and small businesses to stay organised.

Simply the best cloud based accounting software and with a very helpful and responsive support team.
Just add a module for filing and it would be perfect 😉

I don't want to spend ages trying to understand something which doesn't add value to my business. QuickFile takes all the aggro and fuss out of accurately filing VAT quarters and I'm so chuffed I've found it!

Easy to use accounting software with loads of features and great support on the rare occasions needed. Automation including bank feeds saved me a lot of time and avoiding errors.
