Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Website did not show they would not ship to a PO Box, toner never arrived. Customer rep said they would contact USPS, have it returned and give me a refund - all of which they confirmed through voicemail. It took 1 month, 4 phone calls, 10 emails to obtain a refund and only received it after I disputed charge with Bank America. And then they kept the shipping fee for a product they never should have shipped in the first place, or should have called me if they could not deliver to PO Box, a product I never received. Shop elsewhere.

Very Poor Product/Customer Service

I have exclusively bought refurbished toner from QuickShipToner.com since 2011 and within the last year the toner cartridges they ship are of a very poor quality. They print lines down or across the pages right out of the box. So I have had to return at least 10 of them. Then they send out bad replacements, or claim that it is not their cartridge I returned. I have a few in inventory, they sent them out December 2013 as replacements, I went to use them May of 2014 their bad and they don't except returns or exchanges after 60 days. This is for a HP5550dn printer, cartridges are suppose to last for over 10,000 copies. So now, I have 2 full cartridges that are bad and I am out over a $160.
