Returned dress with ease. Requested a bigger size. Dress was out of stock. Needed it for the Kentucky Derby. Got notified that Josh was back in stock ordered and it was shipped to me very quickly so I got to enjoy it for the derby

I accidentally ordered the same dress twice using two different email addresses. When I saw two transactions had gone through on PayPal I contacted Quince via text, someone got back to me right away. After some back and forthing of information the agent was able to cancel and refund one of the transactions and send me the link to track the package that is on the way. Super helpful! Thank you!

Amazing quality, great prices and incredible customer service.

I have been very happy with the quality of Quince’s clothing for both myself and my husband (he is very happy as well). Their prices are quite reasonable for what you get and when I had an issue with a pkg being delivered to a wrong address, Quince quickly resolved the issue and sent out a replacement without a big hassle. Loving Quince the more I deal with them.

Luis, the customer service rep, was very helpful and patient with me. He sent screenshots of what I was looking for on their website, which made it much easier for me.

Best customer service ever!!!

I ordered hospital clothes for me and our expected baby. The package arrived in time, but unfortunately around 1:30 am and it was left up against the gate. When I went out to get it around 5:30 am, it was on the street, ripped open, and all the lovely clothes were gone.

The customer service rep got it right away. That was not a secure place to leave the package. She offered to resend it, but it wasn’t going to arrive in time, so she issued me a refund.

I was then able to give her our gate code for the blackout curtains we are waiting for, to help prevent it from being stolen next time.

My Quince customer service agent was considerate, professional and very reassuring. Not only is their product superior, so is their customer service
