I worked with Quiver and I promise you…

I worked with Quiver and I promise you their team are very slow at replying when YOU have a problem. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM. They also deduct payment even thought if you are stuck in traffic which is not your fault. They also DEDUCT more of your payment when it comes to pay-day. They please don’t work for this team. They don’t even pay you on time. They are a really bad company. I have tried to give them so many chances but honestly they are the worst Courier company of all.

Wasted my whole weekend waiting for a…

Wasted my whole weekend waiting for a parcel that I specifically bought because it was supposed to come the next day. Still hasn’t arrived. Don’t know when it will. Apparently the driver marked it as “picked up” then realised he left it at the store. Once the issue was realised my item went back to the bottom of the list. Wouldn’t you then prioritise my delivery rather than just be like “oh well…”? This company really doesn’t care about customer service or satisfaction.

Worst ever company to do a shift for...

Worst ever company to do a shift for...

I helped them on the 12th of December 2025.
They have an app where it says when payment is due for the shifts you have done..
Mine was 7th of January, never came, then they postponed it until 22nd then i got in touch with them via email and we exchanged 19 times.
they kept delaying it, i went to their warehouse in person to escalate and chase my money
Not professional, they will mess you around, not organised when it comes to pay.

Steer away from them if you can...

Why there is no zero score?!?

They collected my parcel at 12 ( said the person who organised the delivery)

Received a sms at 4:25 they were going to delivery my parcel.

I’m wandering what they did for 4 hours with my parcel!!!
I should have received it by 13:30pm

What a scam!
