Have found Quotatis a very efficient way of generating leads.

I tried contacting local builders via phone/Facebook with little joy as they were all busy following recent storm. This service actually helped find a builder to do the work quickly and easily.

Good quality contacts given. Contractor came same day.

I needed someone to supply and install a 5-bar gate and was finding it difficult to find anyone by searching on Google. Quotatis quickly put me in touch with D V Monk & Sons who did an excellent job.

We have been bombarded by unsolicited marketing emails from this lot over the last few weeks.
Suffice to say that if you need to purchase leads in the current climate [I'm in the happy position, as are many others I know, of having more than enough work], you're probably not a reputable tradesperson.
My experience has been that getting work in this manner can spell trouble for the trader, as customers that don't come through recommendation may have unrealistic expectations, or just want the cheapest price. Or in the worst case I experienced, make a spurious claim to avoid paying the bill, knowing it's just not worth your while going through the Small Claims Court, and that you'll just write it off.
And even if I WAS desperate enough to purchase leads, I wouldn't do so from a company which operates in this way.
UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO QUOTATIS' REPLY - I have received a request to modify my review as Quotatis felt it was for the wrong business. I have checked the following in the SPAM emails:

2] web address
3] reply link
Which all appear to be the very same company.
I have never used, or requested information from, Quotatis [or the myriad other companies bombarding my inbox with speculative SPAM].
What was once a minor irritation is now becoming a major problem, swamping legitimate email traffic.

Quotatis were quick to respond and give details of a suitable company. However, in the event, I did not need to employ the recommended company as I managed to re- negotiate the price with the original contractor.

I posted a job for a gutter replacement job. I received 3 recommendations, one of whom showed photos of work done locally, along with good feedback. I requested a quote from LEE'S GUTTERS. They visited and I accepted their quote. The work was done a few days later and I paid in cash. It rained a couple of days later and the gutter sagged and overflowed at one point and water poured from a join so badly that no water actually got as far as the downpipe. On inspection of the guttering I found that the join had not been sealed and the gutters were very poor quality. My home is a Grade 2 listed property which should have decent gutters! I messaged LEE'S GUTTERS to come and complete the work and received a response saying they would come out the following week. However they did not appear. After several weeks of broken appointments I complained to Quotatis who said that they would contact them within the coming week. They failed. I posted another ad for gutter repairs. LEE'S GUTTERS replied immediately, offering to come and quote. Once they realised who I was, they became impossible to contact. I contacted Quotatis again and they eventually managed to contact Lee’s Gutters, who then messaged me and agreed to give me a refund. This was paid as agreed and the situation was followed up by Quotatis. I then independently found a roofer who replaced the guttering satisfactorily.
