VERY good service and help. VERY good quality products

Love the stuff you guys have and the prices are worth it …..great quality too

My package was sent to a package shop 50 km from where I live, instead of 800 m away as I asked. It was also sent with the wrong delivery company.

And Qversarum hadn’t replied to my messages at all.

I still don’t have what I ordered from them.

Good products and nice selection. Was even visiting the shop before. Got an extra discount due to the "bathroom week" and when I ordered I got the information that the goods are on stock and will be send out a week delayed due to high order volume. Since then I have waited on delivery dates without any confirmations. Buying something for 40000 SEK, one expexts more. Especially as everything was discussed before had with Anna in the shop as well.

Quick service, and a great product. Super happy will defintately go back again.

They seem to have nice products, but unfortunately customer service was not good for us ordering from their German (.de) website. We splashed out on a cast iron electric stove as a finishing touch in our old German farmhouse. It wasn't dispatched until I asked where it was a couple of weeks later, then when it arrived it wasn't in the colour shown on the website (website showed the bronze version which I'm guessing has been discontinued, we were sent the black one). The fireplace was too expensive just to accept not getting the right version (and indeed we could have got the black one cheaper within Germany). After a back and forth in which they changed the website and then claimed the bronze one didn't exist (thankfully we had a screenshot and also the packaging had two boxes labelled black and brown with the black one ticked), we sent it back. Still ended up having to get our money back via a PayPal claim in the end (Qvesarum claim not to have received the return, I can't vouch for whether or not this is the case but thankfully I kept the receipt showing it had been sent). We won't ever deal with them again (which is a shame because they have a lot of stuff we like so could have become repeat customers), but if you must order from them online then I'd strongly recommend using a payment method with customer protection like PayPal or a credit card. I've never had to make a PayPal claim before in over 10 years of using it but here we are.

Only one of my three products ordered arrived. Without any warning. My plumber had to make up solutions on the spot and buy other items because the delivery from you arrived only to a 1/3. Disappointing!!! VERY! We only discovered the issue with the delivery when the plumber arrived today since we had not opened the package before.

We ordered three sets of wooden knives where the money goes to support efforts in Ukraine. The knives came a little almost moldy looking (green powder) but I was able to brush that off. They are 100% hand wash only since they are very dry and get splinters. NOT the nice wooden knives we had hoped to give as gifts. I am glad the money went to something beneficial but the butter knives are not worth the price.

I am very satisfied with the products and the service I have got with Qvesarum. The people are kind and professionel.

We needed a new part for our Qvesarum product (Alice Kommod), and got a great deal of help from Louise - Excellent service, friendly, helpful and on the ball. We love our Alice Kommod - will definitely consider Qvesarum again for future bathroom renovations!

very fast and nice. I made a mistake with my order, and they canceled it in less than 24h. then I placed the write order and delivery was fast! :)

I've been in the showroom in Malmö and also in the shop south of Lund. Every time I've been approached by competent and fort coming personal. I've bought doors and accessories to my farm east of Vellinge and am still very pleased. The craftsmanship is top notch and I would wish I had more money to buy their furniture, doors, windows, kitchen or an orangerie. Maybe someday. I hope that Qvesarum will continue to survive for as long as possible. This place is a diamond.
